Super Skinny Serum - Hair serum

I used this product for many years and I’m 63, love , love, it !

I have been using Super Skinny for about 30 yrs or so. I have been completely out of my mind when I miss placed my Super Skinny and totally freaked out. I have very soft hair and alot of it. Thick hair. I also highlight 3 to 4 times a year. SUPER SKINNY Has been my go to right after washing, before anything else on my hair. It drys faster and leaves my hair healthy and more manageable. BEST EVER SUPER SKINNY SERUM!!!

I'm so saddened to say the new super skinny is not the same. It doesn't give me the silk smooth finish the originally packaging does. I currently have both and I can tell the difference in between the product. Pleaseeee reformulate back to the original.

I agree with the other comments I have been using this product for probably like 20 years also and just switched from the old bottle to the new and noticed after blow drying my hair it was greasy . In comparing the ingredients right away the first ingredient did not match.

I am wondering if you changed the solution to this product when you changed the packaging? I have bought 3 bottles this past week and tried all 3 and my hair is looking oily. I have normal to dry hair and have used this product for 20 years and never had it react like this.

The serum is so thick and slimy soap and water didnt take it off. Real bad for my fine hair and I wish I didn't try it. My hands were slimy all day.

Help - I can’t get it out of my hair. It’s sticky and greasy. It’s been 4 days and I try to shampoo it out but that doesn’t work. I’ve used it once and will never use again

I have been using Paul Mitchell skinny serum for many years and enjoy that it gives my hair a shine. Prefer using it to heavier gels. Or hair sprays….Although the price has increased through the years….it last me awhile since I do not have to use that much at one time.

Eat hair product. It is an essential part of my routine. If I could only choose 1 hair product for the rest of my life this would it.

This product is AMAZING! I use it after I wash my hair and let my hair air dry. There is minimal frizz and my naturally wavy/curly hair is straight and shiny!

I don’t usually have good things to say about hair products, I’ve tried so many with so much disappointment. This one is different! I have curly thin hair, frizzy and dry, easily damaged, and rarely have a good hair day. This stuff is wonderful! Makes my hair feel smooth and extremely easy to manage, and I even enjoy feeling the softness throughout the day. A little goes a long way - use on wet hair and maybe a tiny bit on dry hair after styling.

Super Skinny Serum prevents frizzing & make your hair silky smooth. Most importantly it doesn’t weigh your hair down or make it oily. The only product I can use on my hair.

I use it daily for frizz control and it works great! Besides, it smells so good!

John Paul Mitchell Skinny Serum: the best product ever!!!! I have thin, fine mixed curly/wavy hair. Cork screw curls around the edges with curls becoming less defined as they move towards the crown. Needless to say, living in Eastern Oklahoma with very humid conditions even when I would straighten it, I would end up with triangle hair at the end of the day. So, I kept it permed. I was introduced to this product in the early 2000's to help tame my frizz. It became quite apparent it also helped my hair dry FASTER! Because of this product I was able to not only wear my hair straight with minimal frizz, but due to new learned curly hair styling methods, I learned to embrace my curls, keep my hair shorter and stop perming my hair. I would use about one pump in my hair, all over. Then I saturate my hair with JPM mousse or other brands that worked for me. Scrunch, scrunch, scrunch to try and get the curls to congregate again, then either air dry or diffuse it. Then I would scrunch my hair breaking the caps/casts to have great curls that held all day. I use a tiny bit of the serum when doing this to add shine and tame frizz. I've only noticed mild build up, but that could be contributed to hard water, my shampoo/conditioner or my mousse. I wash my hair daily as I can't stand to not have clean hair and I have to get it wet anyway to style it. I have tried other alternative "natural" and less expensive products, and I keep returning to this product over and over again. So I highly recommend this product for frizz and reducing drying time and adding shine.

I was having trouble with frizz and my hair stylist used this product on my hair. OMG, I love it! It works great and I love the smell. I had to buy it! It's a big part of my hair routine now. Please don't ever discontinue this product. Thank you

I developed a fragrance allergy. Please develop this product without fragrance. Many would benefit from this offering. I have used this for over a decade and have show-stopping knee length hair. Please consider this change.
