Supergut Prebiotic Shakes for GLP-1 Craving Control & Digestive Health - Vanilla - 15oz

I start my day off with a shake every morning. I have noticed positive improvements in my overall energy, focus and most importantly bowl movements. Highly recommend these shakes.

Omg I've had this shake in chocolate for over a year and I did notice that when I got around to drinking it, it made me feel very "clean" like I would feel after eating salads for a few days. The taste was good too, tasted similar to cookies and cream to me. I saw that it was supposed to be a GLP-1 booster but I thought it would be minimal at best. Recently, my husband started taking a GLP-1 medication and I started checking his ketones, which we found were elevated. Then, I saw a study saying that oat beta glucan is shown to increase GLP-1. I found that supergut has oat beta glucan too and figured I'd give it another shot. I started drinking it every night with my MCT oil and I kid you not, I have never seen my ketones this high — I used to hover around .4 but this has me near .6 - .9, EVEN AFTER CHEAT MEALS. I've been actually visibly losing weight and maintaining ketosis, even though I'm nursing and I had a super difficult time last time I was postpartum and nursing. I no longer have to track my calories and macros for "hidden" carbs because this is a great safety net. And the best part is that this keeps me full the whole day and only makes me crave healthier and more fiber-full things. This will definitely remain a staple in my house and I can't wait to try the other flavors. I no longer need to look for other, better protein shakes because I've found my one!

I have been using Supergut for a year and I am very happy with it. It keeps me full and tastes great.

So I wanted to start a clean up diet while I quit drinking. I've taken breaks from alcohol before and usually the cravings to have a beer are still there and I have to work at it. When I tried these shakes (two days in of having two shakes a day) I completely did not care for beer/alcohol/ sweets in the slightest. Couldn't care about it at all. I wanted the shakes for an easy healthy option and found they REALLY helped me with my diet plan.

I am a long time user of SuperGut and still drink a shake a day. It has completely changed my digestion system for the better. I am so glad that I found this product many years ago!

I'm on my 3rd order of these shakes. I have two of them a day Monday-Friday at work because they are easy to make and good for me. So far I've only had chocolate and strawberry and both are great I always make them with coconut milk and some time add yogurt and mix it all together. I'm a full month in to this new routine and I feel so much better.I plan to just keep this routine going.

Check your records, I've been an ongoing subscriber for three years this month. The shakes have been a god send for me, as I was diagnosed with gastro paresis in July of 2021 ... which is when I took the plunge and ordered your shakes to try. I'm a member for life.

I don't usually like chocolate protein powder, but this one is delicious! I'll definitely buy more. The prebiotic mix is good and the vanilla protein powder is excellent with mango fruit and greens. I really like this product and I see on the label that it's Black owned!

Love the shakes! They have helped me eliminate excessive bassinets in my digestive tract. They've taken the place of much higher calorie breakfasts. And they are delicious.

I love my supergut shakes. I use the vegan chocolate and vanilla powders, and in the last few years my A1C is lower and, well, I am much more 'regular'! I add fruit and often some spinach to my shakes for an extra heartiness and that is my breakfast on the go. I couldn't be happier with my supergut shakes.

Easy to mix. Frozen fruit works well in making breakfast smoothies. Flavor is good.

I have chocolate and vanilla I like to add berries to the vanilla I love that they keep me regular curb my appetite and taste good!

Absolutely love these. Have all 3 to rotate and I use them to cook with so good!! Don't pass these up!
