These bars are great! Good texture and no chalky taste. I also feel that they deliver on helping curb cravings. One thing to note is that I did notice these gave me a stomach ache if I had it for breakfast. Not sure if it's because my normal diet is already pretty high in fiber (so it doesn't need as much of a boost), or if it's because they don't settle as well on an empty stomach. Just to be safe I eat these later in the day as a snack, and don't have one every day, and haven't had another stomach ache. Will be buying again, I want to try all three flavors.

I love the taste and texture of these bars. Sometimes I have an unsettled stomach and if I have half a bar it takes care of it pretty quickly. I also am a chocolate and peanut butter person but my fav flavor is actually the strawberry. They def cut out my cravings or hunger for a good part of the day.

I heard about Supergut GLP1 booster bars a few weeks ago, and ran to my favorite Vitamin Shoppe and grabbed a few different bars to try. Today I felt hungry, but I wasn't in the mood for anything big or heavy... I just needed something to quite the "food noise". Y'all the strawberry almond did NOT disappoint! This is the perfect snack. Sometimes I eat just 1/2 a bar to fill between meals. I'm not trying to lose weight, but enjoy adding healthy snacks with protein and fiber when I can. The past couple years I have really worked on improving my gut biome, and I have seen fantastic results. I am confident this is the right type of snack for me going forward.
