A: Yes. But I really like using a silicone air fryer liner or the disposable air fryer paper liners. Very easy cleanup.

A: We do not use materials that are cancer causing but the current AB1200 list has over 1500 chemicals on it so we are unable to test for every one. We use the caution statement out of an over abundance

I’ve owned two of these and they both died in less than a year. We had our first for six months and it just stopped working while we were cooking. We contacted the manufacturer and after months of waiting, they did replace it. However, that was about six months ago and now the replacement one died as well. Definitely do not recommend. They are not made to last.

Worked great since receiving it as a gift for Christmas. Broke in the middle of using it this week. Will not display anything and fan does not shut off when plugged in. Called the companies customer service and because I do not have the receipt they will not help with replacement. I am unable to get the receipt. The CSR was the most rude person I have ever talked to and she was the "manager". What a POOR representation of the company. Guess this is garbage. DO NOT BUY

This air fryer was GREAT….. until it wasn’t. I used it a few times a week and one day, I noticed that my wings were not cooking and all that was running was the vent. No heat. I unplugged it and waited a bit before plugging it back in and it went back to just blowing air. No heat! Such a shame that it only lasted a year. Just invest in a higher quality brand. I bought this because of the price and the first wave of reviews. I see most of us is having the same issue months to a year down the line.

Was excited for this product because I like the sur la table brand, and it was a large size for a good price. However I should’ve read reviews before ordering, this product has a Horrid chemical smell. It smells and makes food taste like chemicals. Returning after one use. Cant even believe it’s legal to sell this stuff. Buying an all glass basket air fryer to avoid this

Wish I read the reviews before purchasing, it's been about 8months since I bought it and it gave out on me. In the middle of cooking something in it, I tried to adjust the time and noticed the touch buttons weren't working. So I unplugged and plugged back in and it just didn't power on anymore. It's fried. It worked well but for it to not even last a full year? No way just spend the extra $30 on a better quality one.

I wish I saw the reviews prior to purchasing it. It did a great job and I loved using it to air dry my food! However, just like many other reviews said, mine stopped working randomly within less than a year! I was so sad about it. I wouldn’t repurchase this item. Get a better brand.

This isn’t the exact air fryer I purchased but it is the same brand. Mine stopped working after 4 months and after $140 spent on it. I called customer service and they gave me the run around with calling other numbers and every time got hung up on. They are very rude and will not help you replace a 4 month old air fryer.

This product was awful. It did the job, but it really stunk like chemicals to the point where it made me check the box and sure enough when I did, I found a major warning label on the bottom of the box that stated that there were several chemicals in the product that were dangerous. Coming from a chemist, this is unacceptable!
