Not only does this griddle make the perfect pancakes, I use this griddle as a grill for chicken breast, to saute veggies, toast bread, cook bacon and etc. It is a wonderful tool with a nonstick surface and drip tray. The drip tray is eaisily removed for cleaning. Also, it is so economical.

This item construction is extreemly poor. The pastic aroudn griddle already cracked upon first gentle use. The smell from coating upon heating was terrible and gave me head ache. The price is cheap and is like you get what you pay for. I had other Bella items they are really good., but thsi appears a cheap knock off for target produced by Bella. Fortunetely target customer service was great and took care of my concern and addressed fully to my satisfaction.

I usually cook for one so between a griddle and air fryer, it’s just so much easier to make meals that still taste really good. This was on sale for $15.99 plus I had a $10 gift card so it was definitely worth the price. I just purchased this the other day made chicken fajitas tonight, they tasted good. It warms up quickly and gets very hot. It says in manual you don’t need cooking spray, so hopefully that lets it last longer. I did clean and preheat prior to using a day before. I live in an apartment, not a lot of space so it fits nicely on stove top when not in use.
