There is no magic sleep fix. But, our 12 month old hadn’t spent much time in his crib since he was about 2 months old so he was terrified and mad anything he was in his crib. “Ellie” the elephant calms him down enough so he can eventually fall asleep in his crib when nothing else has worked.

This is great WHEN it’s working. My son loves this, and we’ve been using it for the past 18 months. We just run one 45 minute cycle at bedtime. Unfortunately, the lights burn out after two months. I wish it lasted longer!

This is part of my son’s bedtime routine. He turns off the light and turns on the elephant. I think it gives his eyes a chance to adjust to the dark so he isn’t scared. I tell him to count the stars. He is asleep in no time and the timer that turns off the lights and sounds makes it so that he isn’t awoken by the sound or light. I bought a second one just in case because it is so critical to our new bedtime routine.

just got this , and it's pretty cool but too loud . I wish it had a lower setting but it only has 3 settings. high medium and low and it seems like the low isn't low enough.

Both of my kids have loved this guy since they were infants, and we still use him every bedtime 4 years later. If you find what works, stick with it! The repetitive melodies can be hard for me to listen to for long, but they certainly are soothing for the little ones.
