Hi I have three of these cameras on my system and the picture quality is a lot better than the standard fixed cameras that the system came with, it is a very easy upgrade just plug in and it automatically connects and finds the software so you can move the camera up down left and right, doesn’t need too much light to record and view it color, A great upgrade

The camera picture is great! i was very disappointed that camera does not have a zoom feature. On the website it states that it does. when the cameras arrived, on the box it clearly says it does not the miss communication needs to rectified! on your website

I bought this camera in Aug 2023. I've only had it for just over 1 year. Everything was working great until last week! All of a sudden, I lost night color vision! I didn't get the warranty on it so I guess I'm screwed. I'll just have to buy a new one. I tried to call Tech Support but since I didn't sign up for their Pro Secure service, I didn't get an answer as no one was available to pick up the phone. Oh well. It lasted a year. Better than I could expect, I guess.

Please note, Swann's products now come with a 2-year warranty as standard so if you purchased your camera in August 2023 it is still covered under warranty. Hi, I own the enforcer system and John6789 has hit the nail on the head. The fact the app fails in the ability to use enforcer lights in the app is a big miss for this system. I don't want to get up, out of bed, turn on my TV; log into my NVR find the camera in the system and activate the Enforcer lights. Thieves will be in by that time - let alone if I'm not home - (as you say accessible from anywhere in the world) Swann this is a very poorly thought out rather than allowing the app access from my bedside. This should be a priority fix Swann, as the siren/lights for me are scheduled for evening times, when I sleep, what if I want to use it outside of these times? Swann, needs to make these units fully accessible to all advertised selling features as apriority.

I bought the full kit Swann offered—4 TB 16 channel NVR, 12 cameras—great kit as advertised. Installed and setup the system, come to find out the PTZ is all manual. You are unable to have the camera track motion, it doesn’t zoom, the AI functions are pointless if it doesn’t actually track the motion it detects. I was excited to use this package and company, however this camera falls significantly short of expectations. Hopefully it is as simple as a software update and will ultimately begin tracking someone in the full frame of motion.

You cant have face recognition and human & vechile detection at same time. Doesnt send push notifications stating different detection, only says motion detection. App don’t differentiate between different detection. Overall, a standard normal camera does this, expect u can manually rotate this camera. Nothing more to it. Useless.

i got two of these both for outdoor use but if the wind blows just a bit the plastic bracket wobbles at the 90 degree bend. get close to the camra when the wind blows and you can see it wobbling the camra has a good picture its the bracket used them in doors and there fine

Really great product with responsive pan & tilt features. It’s advertised as controllable flashing lights however this isn’t true. They cannot be controlled via the Swann app which is extremely disappointing. The siren volume is also an issue, extremely low volume.

It was their only option. Great microphone! Clunky gears. I don't think it would last long if it was roaming automatically all the time. They only do tech support via call back.

I like the camera, poe, resolution and its ability to be moved around. I added this as camera #7 on my port nvr8-8580 to act as a sentinel on my porch and track movement. While I know the movement is manual, I really wish the software and AI could work together with the hardware to automatically lock onto a person and follow them. The camera tech is strong enough to do that, but the software isn't quite that good yet. No offense but it isnt. Swann and this camera could own the market if the system with this camera would pan to follow movement automatically versus me doing so manually (which is then too late anyway).... Think about that and the impact this system would have on intruders. It'd beta that and help you if you'd consider that

I recently purchased a SONVX-1690010B2PT-US 16 camera system that included 12 cameras (including two Pan Tilt cameras). The video quality was better than expected and the features (that I’m still learning about) give me more than I was expecting. As a result, I added a third Pan Tilt camera. All my cameras have been custom installed by me as a DIY’er to J-Box Cover Plates and installed on J-Boxes with rigid conduit for all exterior viewing areas - creating a clean and secure installation. The custom mounting to the J-Box cover plates was done by aligning mounting holes to the cover plate, drill and tap threads, drill a hole for the camera cables, install the camera to the J-Box Cover Plate, and install to the J-Box.

The image quality is excellent, the pan-tilt-zoom works great and the motion detection and alerts really work fantastic . The phone app is super easy and streams are smooth and flawless. Does a great job with pan and tilt ability and a super wide viewing that captures all. The day and night pictures and videos are excellent quality. Love the night vision and the listen and talk ability with the security system .I feel safe leaving my home knowing that if anything happens I get instant notifications. A must for every hoe to have.
