I don't expect much for the price and that's fine, but not being able to adjust it both directions is a huge flaw. It means you must attach it to something parallel to the ground. Very inconvenient and not how most people place real cameras.

You can not change the orientation of this stupid product you can make it point upward but not downward due to the Clown that designed it! Taking it back tomorrow
