I just started using Swanson's Boswellia Serrata Extract in late July. I ordered it to supplement Kirkland Triple action Joint Health pills in my attempt to duplicate Instaflex Advanced featuring UC-II Collagen, Boron 5 mg, and Hyaluronic Acid 3.3 mg. I haven't used the combination long enough to truly evaluate if this combination is going to work. I have a bone-to bone condition in my right knee and want to avoid a knee transplant if possible. I also ordered Resveratrol 100 mg from Swanson's to complete the process.

I have osteoarthritis in my knees and when I added boswellia errata extract to my glucosamine sulfate to my regimen - my knee pain was substantially reduced.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and had a bad flare of inflammation last year as shown in blood tests by my primary care doc. I do not take NSAIDS and have had bad side effects to most of the standard RA drugs. I called my RA doc and made arrangements to see him in one month to re-test. I decided to try the Boswellia and the 150 mg Pycnogenol to reduce inflammation. in one month my inflammation was almost totally normal. My RA doc was impressed and when I saw him again a month later, he picked up the Boswellia bottle and said, "This is really good stuff." He had apparently been researching the Boswellia.
No high inflammation--get teh AKBA 30%

This is a natural Lox-5 inhibitor. Downstream from Lox 5 you get angiotensin and MMP's---very very very bad stuff. You can research these Basically MMP's eat your collagens, your extra celkular matrix and destroy you by causubg akl kinds of diseases--even cancer---you should read about MMPO and extracellular matrix.

I take several of your supplements. It get so very confusing when all the contents are white and only a tiny difference is the size of the clear capsule. Can your company perhaps consider either tablets or different capsule colors? I know it would make this customer happier. I am sure I am not the only customer facing this dilemma Thank you.

Fantastic product. I started using it for osteoarthritis in my hip. Researched the product and read the clinical studies first. I did not want to take prescription anti inflammatory pain pills. After about 12 days of taking the capsules (I took two caps twice per day-morning and evening), my hip pain was practically eliminated. No side effects with this product. Highly recommend it for osteoarthritis pain.

I use Boswellia (Frankincense) both internally and in the form of the essential oil externally. I like it both ways. This 5-LOXIN is the 'deluxe' Boswellia Serrata product. Since I work out at the gym very vigorously every day, I appreciate Boswellia / Frankincense. Works for me.

I have been using 5-Loxin for the past 6 months and have seen steady improvement. Together with a diet that includes non-inflammatory foods, a lot of good water and healthy teas I have found, at last, a protocol to my well being that helps me.
