Does what it says. Great for muscle repair. Noticed unexpected muscle growth after lifting weights. Was hardly sore after working out with heavy weight. Boost libido too an unexpected surprise

I did the test with water and it did not dissolve completely, I also did the test with alcohol and it completely dissolved, that is to say, the opposite of what was expected. the shilajit dissolves quickly in water, and does not dissolve in alcohol, so I do not recommend the product

After taking this product for two weeks faithfully I have noticed that I have energy all day! I used to get home from work and feel sluggish and not want to do anything, now I get things done around the house and the yard mowed too!

Decided to try this relatively unknown herb, I was amazed. I slept better, had more energy, able to lift more in the gym and could feel my hormonal balance was finally in sync. I used this combination with royal jelly and testofen. The results of this combination were simpily amazing. My favorite combination of herbs to date.
Shilajit Extract is a must!

I ordered this Shilajit from Swanson because this type has 400 mg and their other type only had 100mg per pill. What I failed to notice is that this one is only like 5% fulvic whereas their other type ("extra strength") is 70% fulvic. I'm going to return 1 bottle of this and order the other type with more fulvic because the fulvic content is the reason I ordered this stuff. I will say though that I can feel good energy even from this one though when I took 2 in one day (about 4 hours apart) it did upset my stomach. Recommended dosage is one per day. I can't wait to try the one with 70% fulvic!!

I have to take 6 pills to notice an effect, but feel INCREDIBLE after doing this. I tried 1,2,3,4, and 5 with vary little noticeable results. At 6 pills (600mg) it was incredible. Phenomenal energy that sustained all day.

An excellent formula! Shilajit may also be taken with CO-Q10 to aid its effectiveness. One thing: triphala contains three fruits, not herbs.
