I probably would have never discovered Glutamic Acid had it not been for Swanson's sending me their catalog! This may sound ridiculous, given that it is supposed to help with mental clarity and focus, but I can't review it because I keep FORGETTING to take it LOL! - it is to be taken between meals. But, I don't eat regularly. I eat when I eat. Hard to time "between meals" for me. Try it if you eat on a regular schedule.

I was introduced to this, many years ago. It works great ! As all herbs, it takes a short time to act...but the wait & results are worth it. You don't need to buy the "high priced" product. Swanson has the best price & product !

I'm so glad I found this product again many decades later! It was first prescribed to me by a German psychiatrist while I was under a great deal of stress previous to my doctoral exam. It is a wonderful nerve nutrient and helped me to pass the exam with flying colors. I am using it again today for age related reasons.
