I have been taking this Green Tea product in the form of capsules for over a year now because I like the benefits of Green Tea without having to drink tea. Recently decided to begin taking it twice daily in separate doses. Does not make me jittery nor nervous which is great. Capsules are average in size also a perk. Seem to be more alert as well and I take one capsule once daily. Beginning tomorrow with twice daily. As always item arrives intact and on-time. Been shopping with Swanson Vitamins for over 20 years now and recommend them to people regularly.

I also have the Swanson Superior Herbs Green Tea capsules. I take them as is. But! The reason I bought this particular item is to STRETCH MY MONEY. I open one of these capsules and put it into water for a cup of tea, and then add one of the raw organic honeys I have bought from Swanson. Mmmmmm! I have done something healthy for myself.

I didn't rate the effectiveness because I have no idea if it is effective? However, I love the aroma of the pills and I have used them instead to make tea by opening the capsules. I like it mixed with a cinnamon capsule, also opened.
