Not only do they contain elderberry but also vitamin c and zinc to help amp up your immune system this winter season. The one thing I would change would be added sugar, I feel like this component is never necessary, especially in a vitamin supplement. I received an incentive to write this review.

These taste amazing. I used to take elderberry syrup but stopped because I could not stand the taste. Love that you can get the benefits of elderberry with a delicious gummy. Did not get sick while taking these during the holiday season.

We decided to give these up&up brand ones a try since they are a good value for their price with 100 gummies per bottle. Upon taking our first gummy we thought the taste was good. Not too sweet or too sour. A pleasant berry taste. We also noted they are not difficult to chew. (Some gummies we've tried in the past have been too hard and chewy). The taste and texture are both nice. These elderberry gummies also have quality, natural ingredients and do not contain any major allergens. I believe they are vegan as well! So with the 54mg elderberry powder blend per gummy plus zinc and vitamin C along with the pleasant taste and texture we do recommend these elderberry gummies! They taste fantastic and only one per day makes this a great value compared with other brands. I like the fact that it is not a pill since I can take anytime with out any liquid to swallow. They taste like a grape fruit chew. Testure wise they are smooth and easy to chew, though they are stickier than a fruit chew. As in, they stick to my teeth more than a typical fruit chew. You also get 1.7g of black elderberry fruit per serving in that one gummy. I’ve taken other elderberry gummies before for immune support and the dosage was always two gummies. I like these Elderberry gummies. They taste great and do not get stuck in my teeth like other vitamins do. You only need to take one a day which is nice so they should last a while. Happy to help my immune system with something that tastes great

I am so pleased with these gummies! They aren't bad tasting, the aftertaste leaves a little bit to be desired, but I'm happy with them so far. The husband and daughter have had the sniffles on & off this fall, but I've yet to catch them & hope I don't, fingers crossed & betting on these gummies!

These gummies are exactly what you would hope for in a gummy - tasty, good consistency, and easy on the stomach. I have taken it for a week while having sick kids at home and have not gotten sick. I am not prone to illness, so I don’t know about effectiveness, but it seems like a great option. The only downside to me is the amount of sugar added. That detracts from the immune system assistance.

The elderberry gummies are soft and chewy. However, I’ve had different brands of elderberry gummies and I’d say the taste on these are just okay in comparison. I’ve had better tasting ones. I just started taking them so hopefully they help me stay healthy during the winter months!

These elderberry gummie vitamins are delicious. My son and I take elderberry every day for immune support and have tried different brands. These up & up elderberry gummies are not too sweet or tart. Their consistency is not too chewy. We will continue to add these to our daily vitamin regimen.

These are delicious elderberry gummies. Only need to take one a day. They aren't overly sweet or covered in sugar or all stuck together. They remind me of a fruit snack. It is the season for colds and flu so our whole family enjoys taking these to boost their immune system.

I like taking elderberry because they boost the immune system. These have similar ingredients to other brands but seem way too sweet. The directions instruct for one gummy a day so that’s doable in terms of the sweetness.
