I didn't notice as much of a calming affect from Jujube as I have from other Swanson herbs, particularly their Passion Flower liquid. For whatever reason it seemed to have a pronounced affect on my appetite.

This works both to calm your nerves and help get a more restful sleep. I had to take 2 pills to notice anything but no side effects though. As with most supplements, i tend to build up a resistance to them. I have found that "cycling" on and off of them tends to work decent.

This is great for sleep, I usually wake up at least twice throughout the night. With these, I sleep like a rock. However, I only take when I have to, because they contain magnesium stearate, which I really try to avoid.

This helps me from becoming too hyper which I often do when I feel overwhelmed at work. Really keeps me much more calm and stress-free, but no drowsiness or sleepiness. I have never had difficulty sleeping at night, but take one in the eveand one in the morning and feel calm all day plus easily drifting to sleep when I"m ready.

This actually worked. I have tried a few things and this worked in helping me sleep. No drugged feeling, just slept well. I am going through menopause and am experiencing sleeplessness due to that. Worth a try!

I was pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of Swanson's Jujube Fruit product. This does the trick for calming and relaxing one who is stressed. I felt the effects within 20 to 30 minutes. Not only did I feel calmed and relaxed, but it also improved my mood with absolutely no side effects whatsoever! I highly recommend Jujube Fruit because it works!

I have taken this herb in another form before (it was a Chinese herbal supplement meant to promote calm and sleep). I think this Swanson product is at least as effective as the one that my friend brought all the way from China. Really love the quality and value I get here--will definitely buy again!
