This is the perfect replacement for pain pills like ibuprofen an Advil. If I have a headache, I take one of these and it’s gone within 30 minutes. Not only is it a wholistic replacement for OTC pain medicine, vitamin b helps relieve stress and anxiety and so much more!

I like 1 capsule of this with breakfast. It works well with Alpha Lipoic Acid, plus I like the 500mg of vitamin C. 240 capsules goes a long way. I do like to store in fridge.

These are great, but buy a smaller bottle. In the large bottle, you can't get through them fast enough before they start turning dark colors, speckled and smelling strange. The B Bioavailability in a small bottle is better.

Grayish & black specks appeared inside capsules within 2 weeks of opening it. A month into opening product the specks had multiplied...not good as product did work well for me, but good bad very, very quickly before you can even finish the bottle. A total waste of money.
I will order this product again.

When I check on ingredients what are the type vitamins were, the most it was vitamin C. It like 75% vitamin vitamin C and rest of 25% other vitamins B. Was disappointed since I purchased another bottle only vitamin C and now this one sounds like also vitamins C.
