I've never written a review here before but this thing was so bad I honestly felt it was my duty to warn people. This is by far the worst frozen food item I have ever come across. It smelled bad, looked bad and tasted absoultely horrible once I was brave enough to give it a try. The "mushrooms" were all together in one big square clump, the noodles immeditely got soggy and the broccoli smelled really strange. I added this to my pick up order because it had good ratings, but now reading through the reviews I see that almost all of them were collected through a promotion. If I got this for free, I would have been a lot kinder with my judgment as well, but this is absoutley not worth $3. Genuinely impressed with the packaging and marketing though!

Some real vegetables, but the dish is soggy and the "meat" is tasteless and tough. The picture on the box is pretty, but you can't eat the picture.

I just tried the Sweet Earth Veggie Lo Mein. It made a fantastic lunch. There were lots of vegetables included and a good serving of noodles. This was really good. I will likely buy again in the future. Wholesome and healthy. Great for a vegetarian like me. I like the flavors and the textures. It was like a party in my mouth. I love sweet earth foods.

I really enjoyed this product. I didn't feel like I was eating a known plant based meal and yet it tasted great! The noodles where soft and perfect, the veggies where are a great variety and there was a seasoning or sauce on it that was perfect and not over powering. I received a coupon through the Plant Based Eating Community to try this. I tried the veggie lo mein meal and it didn't disappoint. It was convenient to make in the microwave and was full of vegetables. It contains soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil plus broccoli, red peppers, carrots, and green beans. It was ready in about five minutes. It was very flavorful, has a lot of protein, and is great for a quick meal. #freesample

This veggie lo mein is now one of my favorite go-to freezer dinners when I don't feel like cooking! Everything about the dish was delicious, from the flavorful sauce to the texture of the tofu and veggies. It has great, sweet flavor and is perfectly balanced! Lo mein is one of my favorite dishes so I was super excited to try this veggie version from Sweet Earth and did not disappoint! The flavor was on point! It was both sweet (but not overly sweet) and savory. I thought the tofu was fantastic because it really took on the flavors of the entire dish, it wasn't bland at all. It also had the perfect texture, not mushy! I would definitely purchase this regularly and keep it as a staple dinner item in my freezer for when I don't feel like cooking. It's so good, I almost wish the portion size was bigger. Don't sleep on this veggie lo mein, it's super tasty!

So this was delicious however I wish that there were more veggies and no meat it looked like there were pieces of soy in mine which I am allergic to so I wish that there was some better packaging warning people of this but the dinner was great after I picked it out

I had the opportunity to sample Sweet Earth Veggi Lo Mein and it was on point, great flavor, every bite was amazingly delicious and I couldnt wait to take the next bite. The only issue I had was portion size, it was just too small. I will certainly be buying this veggie lo mein as a regular addition to my grocery list. Glad I, as a meat eater was able to get this for free and share my opinion with you, no meat necessary.

Overall I did like the veggie lo mein. I am not vegetarian so I don't often eat exclusively vegetarian but this was a nice switch up! Additionally, it is really easy to add a protein to the meal if you did want it to be a bit more filling.

Flavors taste great, however I did sprinkle a bit of pepper and some hot sauce to it as it was a bit plain when tasting. I do wish it had more carrots and broccoli too. I also had it with some white steamed rice to go with it. I have now added this bowl to my grocery list! #FreeSample
