You will definitely sweat in this. There is no doubt. If you workout with it then it is much more effective. You can see the sweat on it when you take it off. Have used othered before that do not have these results. This is one time buy for sure.

I would recommend this brand and product to anyone who is trying to shape up and even lose a few pounds.
