This mat is too slippery. Fine for certain things like crunches, but my hands slip out in downward dog and similar. Have to replace it.

Cute and comfortable but way too slippery for any strenuous yoga and the black dye is actually coming off on my hands and feet despite scrubbing it clean multiple times.

I love the design of this mat and I bought it on sale as opposed to the $40 one I really wanted. However the mat is not very wide so my limbs are usually off the side and I find that irksome. Also I slide terribly in certain yoga poses. I wouldn't buy it again.

Way too slippery if you have any sweat on your feet at all.

Not great for yoga. I got it because it said “non slip traction” I did one class and was slipping so much that I returned it immediately. I ended up investing in the manduka begin mat, double the price but with the investment

The smell made me nauseous and disgusted !!! The quality is great and the color is amazing but I’ll be returning to the store

If you sweat at all this mat gets too slippery to support yourself. My palms and feet kept sliding around within a few minutes of starting a class due to the finish on the mat.

For the price a great mat that is easy to transport and roll up

The thickness was good, but has a very strong chemical smell and if you start sweating it gets slippery

Stiff and smells pretty horrific, little made my car smell bad as well. The only plus is that the design is nice

I use the mat on carpet and I find the thickness and overall softness really satisfactory! I have not had issues with slipping as other reviews have mentioned. Worth the money!

I wanted to like this mat, but it is way too thin and not supportive at all. I'm 5'3" and this mat is NOT long enough for my yoga practices. The thing that made me return it is the SMELL. It absolutely reeks of some horrific toxic odor, the like of which I'm certain I'll develop some malignant tumor from. I left it for a week in a spare room with the fan on. It didn't do a thing. If it had just been thin, I would have used it as a second padding or not for yoga (strength training or the like.) Spare yourself the nauseating aroma. Pass on this.

The design looks great and works good for short exercises. I noticed when doing longer excercises it would hurt my back. So I wish it was slightly thicker but can't complain other then that.

I wasn't a big fan of all in motion's brand when I purchased my first product from them. I had purchased the $17 one at first and hated it! it claimed to be non-slip and would make my workouts difficult because it would bunch up in the middle. So when I got this one and saw that it also claimed to be non-slip, I was very hesitant on trusting that statement! My hubby got it for me anyways and when I used it for the first time last night, I was pleasantly surprised with how this product held up! It definitely does what it's supposed to do, it's cute to look at and feels so comfortable and stable when doing some intense workouts!

Bought in store because I liked the design, without reading reviews. Initially, the mat is horribly slippery. I treated it a couple times with dish soap, vinegar and epsom salt and its significantly improved (and the smell went away).

I love this mat! It’s a true upgrade from my past Amazon purchase. The thickness is item and the material makes it easy to clean.
