Terrible brush. I only used it twice and threw it away. The bristles are so rough that it just gets stuck in any tangles.

Worst brush in the world do not buy. With every sweep trying to brush my hair it would fall apart

I have bought 6-8 combs and brushes for shower conditioner detangling and I cannot believe how well this gets rats nests out of my hair. I took the clip off of my hair. So what happens is, obviously if you start combing out snarles from bottom of hair to top, you rip out less hair in general Well every other brush and comb I couldn't even get wide tooth or name brand wet brushes through my rats nests all over, no matter how much conditioner I use. I have very coarse, curly hair. I got this brush, and when the clip is off, it almost make it impossible to break off your hair or even the brissles on the brush, which I was having trouble with brissles breaking off on those wet brushes. The clip being off allows the brush to glide and move through your hair quite literally like butter. I am not sure if other people in the reviews saying they were having issues have tried this method or not, but I am buying one for my nieces and mom and another one for myself. We all struggle with rats nests lol. I do believe a good brush can help, I have never found one, or even a wide tooth comb. I only use it in the shower, obviously using it on dry hair would likely cause snarles. I also like using it on my scalp to exfoliate! Oh man, I don't think I have ever been more happy in my life. I honestly was starting to think my hair products were the problem, but I have discovered that having the right brush solved my issue!!!!!

Personally I would not recommend this brush to anyone. Brush isn’t good at handling tangles and rips out hair. Not gentle at all or good for mixed hair types, I can only see this brush working for someone with straight hair. Please save your money!

I have basically straight, thick hair. Brushes great for me, but I can imagine if your hair is textured or really thick that this might not be the best brush. Since it's adjustable, the brush itself isn't the sturdiest, which isn't great for all hair types.

This only “detangles” if you consider ripping your hair out detangling. I had super healthy hair and now I have breakage from using this hair brush. After one use the entire brush is full of hair. I wouldn’t recommend this to any one.

Weak, immediately broke within minutes of using.

Broke so easily, don’t buy it save your money and get something else! My daughter has waxy hair not too crazy and it broke on one brush.

I have thick hair and I am very tender headed. This brush works really well. I did not have too much breakage. I would recommend this brush

Just bad. No matter how I set it, it was uncomfortable and did not go through my hair at all. Tried for several days and then the adjuster thing snapped.

Would not recommend, it broke right after the 90 days return policy and I couldn't even return it anymore. What brush lasts 3 months?? Would not buy again.

The teeth keep breaking off. I've had this brush, less than 6 months. Worst brush I've ever had. Do not recommend.

I've heard so many good things about this type of comb and reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. It ended up hurting while brushing my hair and didn't detangle well in the shower and after applying product. I'm sticking to wide tooth combs because after using this brush, my head hurt the next day. Not good!

I really like this brush. I don’t understand the reviews saying it hurts their head? I’m so tender headed and this brush is super gentle AND adjustable. For $5 it’s amazing and it’s very easy to clean and maintain. just be careful when adjusting the holes, the bar can break if you’re too rough 😅

Idk what type of curl my hair is but after leaving the conditioner in for a few minutes I remove the bar that adjusts it and it makes the brush more flexible once I’m done combing out the knots I put the adjuster back on for a more sturdy feel and comb my hair The price is great too. I purchased a second one in case this one breaks

I threw this away the day after I got it. The piece meant to adjust broke the minute I got it while I was trying to adjust the brush. In the shower it was really hard to comb through my hair with conditioner and it gave me knots at the ends. It has this weird effect of feeling like I'm trying to brush through glue in my hair... it's very weird. My curly 3a 3b hair never tangles but this made brushing conditioner in hard. I have never had knots in 20 plus years doing my own hair. It is also very hard feeling on hands and hair and just not comfortable to hold. Compared to another tangle brush that just glided through my hair, and didn't give me knots, there was just no point to keep this.

Absolutely love this brush, I use it in the shower like a wet dry shower brush, and it gets my tangled out so much easier!! Plus the hair is super easy to clean out of the brush since the prongs can be taken in and out of the base
