A: It has a Male to Male USB cord built into it that runs through one of the arm straps into a pocket in the computer section. The pocket is big enough to hold my 20,000mah power bank. It's a really nice feature that had me looking at this bag.

You will need to purchase a battery pack/ power bank in order to charge your devices. Then you can connect your device to the Built-in USB outlet using your charger's USB cord.

I bought this backpack for a lengthy trip. It was very roomy and held my iPad, laptop, books, and necessities I needed while traveling and couldn’t store in my checked luggage. The trolley strap was really handy when I attached the backpack to the suitcase .

I bought this for work and it's holding up great so far. I work in the live music industry so having a bag that can withstand temperature, weather, etc. while keeping my items secured is a must. I'm also super happy that it fits my 16" MacBook Pro with a slim case, a lot of bags I was looking at before buying this one did not fit it. It is a snug fit but it fits. And in addition, it fits my 11" iPad with a bulky case perfectly in the tablet sleeve. I carry around a lot of odd sized gear, such as gaff tape, misc tools, etc. and there are so many compartments that I never have to worry if everything will fit. Theres a lot of storage without the bag being bulky. I will be flying with this bag eventually but for now I can't speak on how well it fits as a personal bag on flights, but regardless, I love this bag. I was also able to get it on sale which made it that much better, not sure if the site runs regular sales but definitely something to consider before purchasing for full price

I bought this backpack to replace another Swiss Gear backpack that is still in great shape but I needed more organizational features than my other one provided and this one fits the bill perfectly. Of course it's built well and it's also well designed with pockets and places for everything I need for my work travel. The cold storage section and shoe pocket are features I'll probably never use but they're still fun to have just in case. My only "complaint" is a minor cosmetic one as I wish the Swiss flag logo was in red as I like the way it stands out.

I bought the by Christmas time, it looks really lovely. It looks smaller at first watch, however, it is significant. I can fit my shoes and so many other stuff. I am still discovering all the pockets.

The backpack is really spacious for my travel needs. However, within 2 days of use in travel, I noticed a tear near the zipper of the shoe compartment. I have always loved the quality of the swissgear products but this was a surprise. Maybe I received a bad batch?

I bought this for a friend as Christmas gift, he loves it sooooo much and using it every day. There are so many pockets and each has its unique usage. The quality is good and roomy. The design is great and the bag looks exactly as the pictures. My friend is 5’11” and fits him so well. 1000% recommended.

She carries laptop, iPad, and other electrical needs to charge iPhone, etc. I totally recommend this product. Only recommendation she made was it could be larger. However, I may have selected the wrong size…

This is a beautiful bag. Bought it as a gift for my adult son who is a musician. He is always traveling and needed something sturdy with lots of compartments but also nice looking. This really fit the bill. Especially love the insulated drink pouch, the reinforced eyeglasses storage and the charging unit. It really has everything someone could possibly need! (And who wouldn’t love wearing that classic SWISSGEAR button logo on the front?!)

I have an older version of this, but it has remained my go to backpack for everything. I have tried several others catered a bit more specifically to my needs, but none of them have been able to compete with the compartments, organization, and adaptability of this bag.

Absolutely love my backpack! I’ve been using this backpack for 15 months, 3-5 days a week, and it’s I great shape. I love all the pockets, compartments and double zippers. It took me a while to figure out where to put everything but once I did - my stuff stays put and I know where to look for the things. Holds my somewhat heavy 15” laptop, cord, mouse, mobile charger, notebook, headset, a few files, lunch, 2 coffees, a water bottle and a few other items that I may need while away for the day. The backpack is heavy with all of my ‘stuff’ but is extremely comfortable and fits me well. I have a longer torso and was able to adjust this to fit me just right. I ordered & returned about 6 different backpacks before settling on this one. I find myself using this for personal travel, as a carry on. It’s more comfortable than any bag I have. I highly recommend this backpack. This is 5th Swiss Gear backpack for our family. We replaced one after 9 years. The others are all still in use.

I bought this backpack for my middle schooler (5’5”, 130 lbs) and was very disappointed. The shoulder straps are quite wide and they rubbed on both his neck, and his upper arms when his arms moved as he walked. The adults in the house also tried it on, with a couple books inside, and also found it very uncomfortable in the same areas as he did. This is not a nice fitting, ergonomic, comfortable backback. Also, the zipper to one of the big compartments was really hard to open and close. We returned it. The return process was easy.

This backpack looks nice, but it falls apart. My HS age son has only used it for school, so it’s only been used for 7 mos. For the price, I was expecting this one to last. Very disappointed and won’t be buying this brand again.
