Haven't used it for a trip yet, but perhaps this summer. Feels well constructed and more than ample room. Like the add ons you get (shoe bag, packing cube, tech organizer. Laptop pocket is huge. I don't travel with a laptop so I can squeeze more clothers in there. USB charging port is a nice thing to have, but not sure how much I will use it. Zippers slide easy. Huge zipper pocket inside the main opening lid, goes from top to bottom. Two gripes....RFD pocket (when I found it) does not hold my passport with or wthout the case. Zipper pulls cannot be locked. They are solid with no hole to insert a lock.

The bag is way taller than my midsection, and I’m 5’9. The bag looks ridiculous and sticks up past the top of my head no matter how I adjust it. Will not be using this. Also, it’s misleading because you think this is a bag you can bring as a personal item for flying, but it’s definitely not. 1/10 don’t recommend.

The features of this backpack are great but the metal clips that hold the straps in place are a huge flaw. The clip of my backpack came undone within one week and there is no way to get it back on unless you have some special tool. Huge design flaw.

When I received this bag to test out, I was surprised to see that they have kept the same build quality of my last one. I travel for work a lot, and I usually have at least 2 laptops on me. So I decided to use this bag for my stuff for the week. Every time I went to put something in the bag I found a new pocket for better organization! I literally have a week worth of clothes in the bag provided for them, socks and panties. My deodorant, hairbrush, blow dryer and straightener and other bathroom necessities. My laptop all my cords nice and neat in the provided bag for them. And sooo many more random things I needed! This bag is just absolutely amazing! I definitely will be using for my next vacation!

It was big enough to pack three days of clothes for my husband and I. We used the bag included for our baby's clothes, which fit inside the backpack with all of our clothes. There are so many pockets we didn't even use them all. There's a place to put a portable charger on the inside with connects to the built in cord, makes you able to charge your phone or whatever while in the pocket on the side. The material is great quality, you can wear it as a backpack or carry it with the shoulder strap. This is a great backpack all around. I have absolutely no complaints about it.

This Swissgear backpack is the perfect bag for me to use. I can fit my drones, cameras, and other electronics with my computer, notebooks and lunch/snacks. There are so many compartments and plenty of space to separate your things. I love the side handle option if you don't want to walk around carrying a backpack on your back.
