These are hands down, my favorite knife for cutting any meat. Blade is easy to handle and control. I love the tip protectors you can put on to avoid cuts, or you can display them beautifully (can't get enough of the blade and hilt design) for your guests to see and use. I've had them almost three months now, use at least four times a week, and they're just as good as day one. I highly recommend these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving this knife set and testing them out for a good week or two now, I'm confident I have used them enough to leave a valid/honest/thorough review. These knifes (as with most T-Fal I've tried) have a nice weight to them. They feel sturdy and I know they will last, and be with me for many years to come. I read that they used a super high "ice hardening technology" to make for a sharper knife, and the difference from any knives I've ever used, is noticable, surprisingly enough. They are very sharp, and can cut through a nice thick steak effortlessly. Now, the reason I deducted a star, is because they are NOT dishwasher safe. Which is kind of a big let down for a single mother such as myself. It just means I have to take time (that I don't have these days) to scrub and clean each knife after use. It specifically said to dry the knives IMMEDIATELY too, so I figured soaking them in extremely hot water, like I like to do, specially after cutting raw meats, was out of question. So idk yet what that is all about. But hey, these knives are far better than any steak knife I've ever used, so that says something in my book!

I’ve used this one hefty, hard to cut crust, soft delicate homemade sandwich bread and it was great for both! My only gripe would be how slick the handle is, it slide around a bit too much for my liking and is quite large. Other than that, I love it!

These steak knives tore through an overcooked steak like it was butter. These steak knives are made great and have a weight to them that balances out the force needed to cut. They made these steak knives to last. I immediately went and threw all my other steak knives away. Thanks T-Fal for making great products and progress.

The serrated edge is perfect for sawing through what my little ones need to cut. It slices apples very easily and they are dishwasher safe! I don’t tend to put my knives in the dishwasher but there was no rusting or discoloration of the handle. These are now my go to knives!
