The heat distribution I’ll say it’s pretty even but the best part is the non-stick which makes it super easy to clean but do try to avoid metal utensils in order to keep it in good shape.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a Heat indicator in the middle of the pan to help you know when the pan is hot. The pan Holds heat really well so you can cook on lower temps more efficiently. Cleaning is very easy. I love the size of the pan for easy 1 pan meals.

Size is perfect for everyday cooking. No need to add oil to the pan as food will not stick just make sure to use a plastic or silicone spatula or spoon to avoid scratching the non stick surface

My stove is average and this pan indicates when it’s hot enough. I loved making Italian sausage and chicken fajitas. No oil required because nothing such to the pain. The non stick on this pan is beyond amazing. I had a stock pot lid that fit this pan perfectly and was able to cook eggs and they side right out of pan with no spray. If you’re looking for a great durable pan. This one is it! Grab 1 you will use it for every meal.

I love the tall sides and the rugged look, and my wife loves that it is lightweight and dishwasher safe. It comes with a limited lifetime warranty, and although we've only used it a few times, we are convinced it will stand the test of time. Our stovetop is gas, but this can be used on all heat sources except for induction. It is also oven safe up to 400° for even more cooking flexibility. The non-stick surface is remarkable, especially cooking foods that typically stick to pans and are stubborn to clean. This is not the case with this pan from T-fal as evident by the picture shown (pasta Alla vodka). We literally just rinsed and wiped the pan clean and all the tomato and cheese came right off. Proud to own being that it is made from 79% recycled materials. As mentioned before, it is lightweight but you can tell it is very durable and should handle whatever is thrown at it. The unique heat indicator in the center turns solid red when the pan is evenly pre-heated and ready to cook. I cannot say enough good things about this fry pan and can confidently recommend it to all levels of chefs.
