T-fal 5qt Jumbo Cooker, Unlimited Platinum Nonstick Cookware Black: Saute Pan, Tempered Glass Lid, Riveted Handle, Dishwasher-Safe

It’s super heavy, I have to use my two hands when I need to move it.

This pan replaced my well-loved t-fal. I really notice a difference with the platinum coating. It heats up evenly and cleans up like a dream. Now I'd like to replace my other pans with the platinums.

I bought these pans because they are "metal utensil safe". However, the pans scratch if you use the metal utensils provided with the pans even when used gently. The utensils are sharp to the touch and easily scratch the non-stick surface. They also easily scratch on the outside. They should not be advertised as metal utensil safe.

My husband and I received these pans as a wedding gift. We noticed after using a pan with the metal utensils provided that the non stick coating was flaking and peeling off. No big deal we would just stop using metal utensils and that pan won't get used. But another pan untouched by metal also ended up having the non stick coating flake off. These pans looked like they were a great quality but I'm disappointed that within a few weeks of using them they were falling apart. I also never put these pans in the dishwasher, just washed with a sponge in the sink.

I thought theses was to be non stick? That's a lie

It's now become a favourite in our home. I'm a big fan of one dish meals, and this one allows for that, plus can go in the oven, plus allows me enough room to cook servings for meal prepping. Obsessed. Will be purchasing more items in the near future.

For someone that has issues with lifting pots, this set would be perfect for them. It is light and easy to clean. Haven't had any problems with the heat not being distributed evenly. Having the holes in the lids to strain off the water was a great idea, now you don't get burnt or lose food down the drain. Overall a good product and is recommended

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The size of this cooking pot is quite amazing! I was about to cook our usual Korean pork bone stew in it for a family of 6 people, with left overs! The heat was very evenly distributed and no food was stuck on the bottom of the pan which makes it for an easy wash after the food is all done. I would recommend using this for cooking large meals for the entire family.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this pan for free in exchange for my opinion. I have to say that this is the holy grail of pans! I wish I had this in my life sooner. I had never tried a cooker before, as I wasn't sure it would be useful. We cook a lot of meals where we mix in a lot of things and top it with a sauce (like pastas, and stir frys). It's usually annoying to do because the pans I've had so far are barely deep enough for all the food, let alone to mix everything thoroughly. With this pan, I cooked fresh meatballs then added pasta and sauce and mixed everything, covered it and let it simmer. The flavours were able to blend together, without overcooking as would happen with other pans. I think that the width of the pan gives, surface area and technology used cooks everything very evenly. It heats up really quicky so you're not waiting by the pan for it to heat up. The second time, I cooked salmon burgers from frozen. I find that these burgers don't cook easily and require more time than indicated on the package. So previously, when using other pans that are allegedly non-stick, I have burned the burgers and my pan. It was a pain to clean because the oil burned in the pan. With this one, it was a breeze. The burgers didn't stick or burn, and while it looked like some grease may have burned, it easily came off with a silicone spatula. I don't usually take videos of these things, but I had to this time! I will definitely buy this and would 1000% recommend to anyone who wants to make their life easier.

The non stick cooker is amazing and haven't got anything stick on it whether it be rice or my Curry's that I often make.I usually need some thing of this size when couple of guests come over . The lid is also sturdy and fits in very well and makes my cooking faster . Love the fact that it's a glass lid making me know when my food is close to ready. I have been using this Tfal cooker for a week now As i cook everyday I found it amazing It is suitable for every kind of stove including induction top. It can tolerate upto 500 c of temperature in oven. Heat is evenly distributed in this pan and food is cooked properly. I love the durable coating and glass cover I found it much better than other brands I have used over the years. It has easy to grip handles which does not get heated. I am very happy with this cooker. And would definitely buy in future as well

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was very excited to try the T-Fal PLATINUM NS 5 QT Jumbo Cooker. We cook for a family of 4 and we've been increasing portions size but have to make sure the pot is large enough especially for one pot meals. It's probably the largest size I've seen or used so it's perfect for cooking larger portions and also complete fish fillets. The tall straight sides are good for preventing food from coming out the sides when stirring. Also it has a lid which is very necessary and it has a metal handle so I can put it in the oven too. There was the feature , Thermo spot, where the pattern in the middle goes away when the pan is evenly heated. It took longer that I thought to heat but it was great knowing when to add the food at optimal temperature. After trying it, I would highly recommend it and everyone should have this must-have cooker.

I've always owned a decent sized deep pan for one pan meals, but somehow I've always also found myself reaching the cusp of overfilling said pans! This one is the perfect size whether it be one pan burrito bowls, or just standard pasta sauce and you want to add the pasta to the pan instead of serving separately. I've also tested using it to make my home made chicken Alfredo and due to its depth it worked perfectly and saved me from needing to dirty my sauce pot when at the end of the day I toss the pasta in with it. The pan itself heats evenly which is impressive considering I'm working with a 24" ancient stove. It stays true to its nonstick promotion and cooking ground meats and veggies went as smoothly as one could hope. My only wish for this beautiful new addition I received free via a bzzagent campaign would be for the lid handle to be encased in silicone as even when I used it only during simmering on low the handle to the lid still got very hot to touch.

The first day when took it out of the package we noticed how great it looks, and decided we couldn't wait to try it out. We started small with a couple of chicken breasts covered in a sticky sweet sauce. The food was cooked evenly and perfectly. My favourite part of the cooker is cleanup. It doesn't seem to matter what we cook in it, from sticky sauces to pasta dishes to curry with potatoes, the cleanup is so simple and easy. Just a quick rinse in the sink then straight into the dishwasher. We love the cooker and can't say enough great things about it. We've been using it 4-5 times a week, and it is our go-to when it's time make dinner. I will definitely be buying this for everyone I know, as I feel this would be a great addition to anyones kitchen

It's perfect for our family of 3, we get a whole satisfying meals worth of food and enough for lefts over. You can use it for many different cooking tasks like deep frying, pan frying, sauce pan, boiling pot, I could go on and on! One of the biggest perks is the companion lid! There is never a lid big enough to fit other pans of this style that I have previously owned. I love the non stick and the handle on the opposing side of the long handle. 10/10 would recommend!
