I purchased the regular and super tampons and neither are leak proof. I have to change that super one every 2 hours because they don’t offer much absorbency. I wanted to try them because I thought Tampax would be great BUT the Equate tampons, which are cheaper, offer better protection. I used these years ago when the absorbency is better but I guess quality has gone down drastically.

I bought these because they were a little cheaper for more than playex sport and they leak so bad. I’m never buying these again.

Using a lower-absorbency tampon for a heavy flow may fill the tampon up quickly and, if not changed soon enough, may result in leakage. Leaking may also occur when using a higher absorbency tampon than your flow requires. If there isn't enough flow to expand the tampon to absorb the fluid, it may leak down the sides of the tampon. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like these tampons, as tampons go. One of the problems I've had is the disposal of the case after inserting a new tampon. Tampax to the rescue! The radiant line provides a neat way to wrap the applicator, or the used tampon, then seal it before disposal. Also, the applicator glides very smoothly, as does any bodily fluids adhering to it, so be sure to hold the used applicator over the toilet or wipe it with tissue before inserting in the plastic sleeve for disposal. I like the radiant line more than the compact plastics, but I only use the deodorant free version, since the others irritate me. I wish Tampax made a Super Plus/Super/Regular combo in this line; the lites are really not something I use often.

They are the most comfortable from sliding them in to wearing them. They are very absorbent, you forget that you're on your period, even on your heaviest days. These are amazing I never plan to switch brands, they consistently get better. I reccommend them to all of my friends.

I like to use regular after my initial flow, and hate when I have to buy 2 boxes at a time. So, this option works perfectly for me. The Tampax pearl applicators are amazing, and put the old applicators of the past to shame. These are easy to insert, with a nice smooth flow. I would indeed recommend.

It’s a combination package that includes some regular and some super absorbency tampons. It’s a nice mix so consumers do not have to buy two full boxes of the two different sizes. They also work as expected.

They have a leakguard braid to help stop leaks, except when you are having a seriously heavy menstrual cycle. Then the super absorbance still doesn't work well. I am changing the tampon every couple of hours using the super absorbancey. Otherwise they are great!! They are comfortable to wear.
