This does not smell or work like the same product purchased from a salon. This product smells like chemicals, it does not smell like normal tea tree and does not make my hair soft at all. Will be returning for a refund. This product is way overpriced.

Love the smell of this conditioner. It’s thick but does not weigh down your hair. It’s makes my hair shiny and not greasy.

I absolutely love the smell of this shampoo and conditioner. That being said, I do NOT think the conditioner works well. My hair does not feel soft and smooth after using it. It is also crazy expensive. I wouldn't purchase the conditioner again, although I might purchase the shampoo, which smells and works better.

I really like this conditioner. It makes my hair feel so nice and smells so good. The bottle is easy to get the conditioner out. You can find this in many stores and is a good unisex conditioner.

I love the tea tree special conditioner. It leaves my hair really soft and not stringy. Not sure why it’s more expensive than the shampoo, but it works great.

I recently bought this as I love the feel of tea tree on my scalp and the intoxicating scent it leaves on my hair. I thought this was a decent conditioner and love the scent and tingly feeling I got as I was applying to my hair after washing.. This is a decent price for Paul Mitchell and will definitely look into getting again.

Has this product changed in the last year? I’ve used this conditioner for years and loved it. My last 2 bottles have been so watery though. I usually use 4 pumps to get good coverage, now I’m using at least 10 and it still doesn’t feel fully conditioned. It leaves it super tangled. I’m sad to have to find a new product because I love the smell.

I'm very picky about my hair products and only use the best. This is one of my must haves and I absolutely love it.

It’s good but at the same time not good enough for my hair. I have super dry hair which this help for the actual scalp but my hair itself doesn’t feel too soft after using it. So I’m a little disappointed by it because I wish it was more geared toward curly hair or at least a different line for it
Ok but.....needs something in it for dry hair

If I had to pick my least favorite PM conditioner, this would be it. I do like it and have repurchased, but I don’t feel that it is enough moisture for my thick color-treated hair. I do repurchase for when my hair does not need deep moisture.

Smells great! It is a strong smell and almost has a minty side to it, so if you don’t like tea tree and mint, avoid this. Conditioner is not for dry damaged hair though. I have fine straight hair and love it!

I love the smell of tea tree. It has an absolutely gorgeous scent. But this is definitely not an every day shampoo or conditioner brand, as it will dry out your hair, especially if you dye it. The price is affordable, especially as a treat every now and then.

I love tea tree products! The smell is amazing, but I also love the tingling sensation you feel on your scalp. It’s super refreshing. This conditioner is also really good for people with long hair who get tangled. My hair gets pretty tangled, but this conditioner helps a lot!

It’s pricier/ fancier than I normally do for a shampoo and conditioner but I use it only occasionally. I love the little tingle from the tea tree that you get on your scalp from it!
