I've been using this product for years. Lately, the conditioner feels watered-down. I'm very disappointed. I LOVE Paul Mitchell products and use several of them exclusively. I pray they return to an older formula that isn't watered down. I also pray they don't start watering all of their products down. Stay classy, Paul Mitchell!!

My only complaint about this product is the price. It’s so good!! It’s the only conditioner that works for my very curly hair. Every few years, I’ll try a cheaper brand, and it’s just a mess… I always return back to this!!

My family can't stand to hug me. It smells like imitation fresh grass scent. I didn't totally hate it at first, but when separate people made comments about how unpleasant my hair now smells, I knew they couldn't all be wrong. It aggravated my son's asthma. It's very potent!! Way too expensive to walk around smelling like a chemical lab

This Lavendar Mint Conditioner is perfect ... not greasy feeling. This order was actually for a friend, whose hair has been looking thinner, however, along with the Tea Tree Shampoo has made a very noticeable / significant difference in the fullness / softness of the hair.

Been using this for past several years .... during COVID, brought something else and my hair actually got thinner in front!!! Ordered online and got Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner and gradually hair started to "thicken back up". I use another product when hair is damp --- Moroccan Oil (blue/green box with orange lettering). I find this gives another "layer" to the hair .... leaving it soft and manageable. Absolutely must try the Tree Tree products ...

Loved the conditioner! I love the way it smells. It was helpful in rebalancing the ph in my scalp and hair. Left my hair soft and easily manageable. I don’t have color treated hair, so I cannot comment. But I was super satisfied!

This is always one of my favorite brands and scents I love anything that has a minty smell or feel. This stuff is great it has a lovely minty smell with hints of lavender and when you use it you got that nice cooling sensation on your scalp from the mint.

If you don’t like minty smells you won’t like this but I don’t mind it and I feel it’s great on my hair and had reduced breakage. I have a very oily scalp and this keeps it in check. Downside is pump breaks easily that was my downfall on this

I have curly hair - 2B hair type. I always enjoy the tingly sensation that the Tea Tree products bring my scalp. The smell is fantastic as well. As a moisturizer, I thought it did the job well. No stars in my eyes, but I was happy with it all the same. If you're looking for a good moisturizer, I'd recommend giving it a shot if you haven't before.

The only thing good about it is it smell flesh. Are use it for two weeks to give it a fair chance But it keep my hair greasy .I have fine hair maybe that’s why it did not work for me I do not recommend it.

I do not like this product. It is too thick and the bottle barley lets any conditioner out. It left my hair oily. I would not recommend and I will not buy this again. I am very disappointed with this product.
