I had bought a warranty and and the headphones less than a year ago, and am already having problems with the earbuds and they will not honor the warranty, because my case is cosmetically damaged, even though the case is in functioning condition and works perfectly fine. Just the headphones are not working. I have tried to reason with them, but they just keep sending me links to buy new ones. Which is ridiculous Considering the reason they won't take the return because my case is damaged. Yet, the case still works perfectly fine other than the headphones.That is ultimately the cause major problem.

I bought these about a year ago and they sound great and are comfortable but a few ago I started having serious issues with the case not wanting to charge correctly. The case will start charging get to about 50% before start flashing red, I've tried several different chargers and the same result. Now it'll stop charging all together once it hits about 50% it's very annoying.

The fit is perfect and so comfortable to wear for hours. The battery lasts long and it doesn’t take long to charge. Highly recommend these!

I'm giving these three stars for the simple reason that Teams will not recognize the microphone and therefore makes them useless for MS Teams. What's the point of having such sophisticated tech in isolating your voice when you can't even use the microphone? Perhaps it's a Teams issue but I have no other headphones (across multiple brands) with the same issue. I bought the headphones to be work/personal all-in-one so it's frustrating that I can barely use for work. Apart from above issue however the sound is great and the noise cancelling works really well and I like the integration with the app to control the noise cancelling as well as how much sound you want to pass in. Only criticism with sound is maybe that bass is a bit undercooked sometimes but everything else is crisp and rich; I'm constantly going back to listen to stuff I haven't in ages to hear on these headphones. To sum up: if Teams mic recognition starts working without issue I would give them five stars but until that point will be three stars out of five.

Very happy with these earbuds. Did a lot of research before purchasing and got what I wanted and expected- excellent clarity and true sound. You can hear all the details of the music without overly bass extreme. You can of course turn up the bass if you want but I prefer what the music really sounds like. Harmonics are excellent especially with acoustic guitars and pianos- lost with many headphones. Highly recommend.

As the title implies, love the sound (mostly), but fit, app, & function is less than lovable. Coming from Jabra 7 Active, I would prefer to have their fit & function, with Technics' sound. Purchase only if on sale, and hope they fit.

There are several sized ear bud sizes you can use which is nice and they are very comfy to wear all day. The sound quality is pretty good - although I do not love the safety features of noises around you. The audio will turn down low or shut off completely if noises are made near you which can be annoying especially when doing chores. This took the product from a 4 to a 3 because of this. The battery life is pretty good and the packaging is sleek and nice. For the price I think I’d get something different like Sudio or Bose but definitely not bad!

Sound great and long battery life. Stay snug in ears. Still learning the various functions for tapping against each ear buds, yet the functions work well. Have not yet exhausted battery life, only know good for at least a couple of hours.

I also like the different functions and easy taps to skip, pause, answer calls etc. The biggest complaint I have is that the touch is sensitive and sometimes this pauses the songs so it is a bit finicky.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Earbuds are sometimes tricky when it comes to getting super noise canceling, however I must say these definitely did not disappoint. They're super easy to connect to your phone, music is 10/10 and it made it easy to go places without any kind of disturbances. Battery life seem to be pretty good since using them I didn't need to charge them right away after a few uses and let me not forget to mentioned they're pretty cute in Blue. Definitely will have to get others on to these because they're pretty worth it especially when you want to hear only what's going on in your ears.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comfort is what makes these earbuds stand out. With seven different ear tip options, even my small ear canal found its perfect fit. The earbuds are just heavy enough to let me know it’s there, but not so heavy that wearing them for a couple hours is uncomfortable. Sound quality in this price range is generally amazing and I’m not sensitive enough to the differences to the quality, but to me the sound is phenomenal. Noise cancellation isn’t the best I’ve tried in this price range, but definitely not a dealbreaker.
