Fairly straightforward assembly. You do need 2 people to get the unit unpacked and move into the room. After that, it can be a 1-person setup. Leave yourself plenty of room until complete. Some of the final screws are from unexpected angles.
it dont move with a fluid motion, and makes a grinding noise!!!

My husband and I are in our early 60's and got on a healthy diet earlier this year but still needed a little more improvement with his diabetes and my cholesterol numbers to keep from adding medications. First, your instructions were the best I've seen in a long time. I could understand what I was supposed to do to easily put the cross trainer together with a little help from my husband for the few steps where two people were required. Second, it is a great quality product - very well made along with a very good price. Third, we enjoy using it and have continued to improve our health numbers and even lost some weight. My husband had to have surgery for a brain bleed December 11. He's been home from the hospital now five days and has already been able to use the cross trainer on the lowest setting twice. Thank you so much for making our life better!

Been using this machine on a regular basis for the last year, and it's been a great way to get my blood flowing everything. But lately I can't seem to use it for more than a few minutes before hearing popping and grinding noises with each stride. So though the machine still operates smoothly, the "whisper quiet" feature is totally out the window.

This product is excellent. Very ergonomically correct. Fitness nut here living in snow bound area bought to stay fit during winter works great. Got a medical procedure done where I had device implanted in my chest so I couldn’t use the upper body feature. Had to return. Sadie from customer support was amazing and they gave me a very generous return window and were very understanding of my situation. Highly recommend

This is the first exercise machine I can use for 30 minutes at a time. Just 1 morning tv show and it’s over. I modified the seat for comfort but other than that it’s as good as the much more expensive machines I’ve used in hospital rehabilitation centers.

Makes noise all the time we use it, customer service sent us two different base units plus the original all of which required us as senior handicapped people to assemble ourselves. Then when the new bases arrived we had to disassemble the original and reassemble again twice. There has been no improvement as each base is just as noisy or worse than the last one, we have quit requesting a fix as it is impossible for us to take apart and reassemble the new one. Forget the fact that you have to move the base into the house for assembly and it weighs alot.

I’m 70 years old with a history of chronic pain. My breathing was compromised from CA wildfires and walking outside is difficult. This machine is solid (I weigh over 200 lbs), I love doing it. I never loved anything enough to exercise. This is life changing.

they pack it into the box so there is no damage done to the Teeter. A+ on that .Very easy to build it. I used the app Bilt. The only problem I had was trying to get the bar in the front on the bike. It was a half inch too wide. I had to have a friend help me get that inside the tube. But it won't come out now unless you yank hard I'm sure LOL I can't wait to use my product. just sitting on it and trying it out it feels very ergonomic. I'm excited to have the machine and can't wait to really work it out.

This product was so easy to put together because of the 3D instructions and every screw and bolt was in a separate little packet that went with each step that was labeled
