These sinking food wafers contain zucchini, algae meal and fiber to simulate the benefits of driftwood and support desired digestibility. This food is formulated to nutritionally promote a healthier, longer life for bottom-feeding fish.To ensure that your herbivore bottom feeders and other algae-eating fish species are provided with complete daily nutrition, feed only the amount that your fish will consume within a few hours each day. For supplemental feeding of other veggie-loving fish, feed every few days, only what your fish can consume within a few hours. I bought 3 bags of the wafers. In 2 the wafers did not sink. I will never buy them again.

Terrible product. They float on top of the water and get stuck in my water filter. They claim they sink.

This batch of pleco food is absolutely garbage, I always buy this brand. I’ve had my pleco for over five years and I bought a bag the other day and EVERY SINGLE WAFER floated until it dissolved. Very disappointed.

Picked up a bag of PlecoWafers not sure why but i did,got home put 2 of the wafers into my tank and incredible how fast my algae eater was on those wafers. i give it 2 wafers every other day and does not stop eating until both are gone.

First, my plecos did not like it. It would sit on the bottom of a couple of days before eating it. For this reason alone, I decided not to buy this product or your competitors algae wafers. It is much easier to blanch some summer squash. Plus the plecos start working on it immediately! Second and more importantly, the Pleco Wafers were contaminated with snail eggs. The Pleco Wafers were the only possible source of snails by the way and timing that snails appeared in my 55 & 40 gallon tanks. There is no mixing of the water between the two tanks. These are not red ramshorn or mystery snails. They appear to be a type of pond snail. Your supplier has let you down big time!!! There is absolutely no excuse for this type of shoddy production!!! Since 1965, I raised a lot of very nice fish with Tetra Min Flakes as my staple fish food

I have used this product daily since 2015, two tablets for two Plecos and these wafers sink near instantaneously unless they land on my duckweed or other floating plants when dropped it in the tank, and then they still make it to the bottom really fast. This wafer does not disintegrate in the water nor has it ever clouded my tank. Highly recommend. Great Value, Great Quality. I have used in a 55 Gallon Planted Tropical Tank since 2016, and in a 29 Gallon Planted/Artificial Tank 2015-16.

This is doing great in my 10 gal. I Don’t have plecos and don’t plan too but my snails cories shrimps and even cherry barbs eat them. Great!

These are rapidly sinkingwafers about the size if a dime. Everybody loves them. I have to decoy tthe other fish so tjhat the wafers hit the bottom for the Plecos, if I don't everybody else devours them first.

Product states it does not cloud aquarium water. I put one wafer in my 3.5 gallon tank (I have one pleco and one goldfish in the tank) and the water clouded within an hour and has stayed that way for a week. I have done two partial water changes and it is only now getting better. My pleco didn't eat the wafter, my goldfish did!
