I learned so much from reading this book. It has a great format and breaks down all the reasons why balancing your blood sugar is so important. It then gives you practical ways you can actually achieve this. There are reflection questions with blank spaces for answers or taking notes which I found very helpful. Then, as a bonus, there are a ton of recipes (which look delicious) included in the back. I can't wait to try some out! I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is looking to improve their health and nutrition.

This book is jam-packed with practical tips and strategies to support your health. A lot of nutrition books I've read in the past are hard to read, and filled with tips that are unrealistic. This book is not like that! I love how easy it was to read, as well as the reflection questions, quick tips and recipes in the back. If you're looking to improve your health in a simple way without all the overwhelm - this book is for you!

Autumn did a wonderful job writing a book that is rich with research supported science and also extremely practical and straightforward to begin applying to life. I really appreciated the application/journaling questions, quick tips at the end of each chapter, sample meal plan, and recipes. Worth reading and using as a health reference book!

This was a good read! Lots of important info regarding blood sugar in relation to quality of both present and future health. Through this book, I learned how blood sugar affects our energy, mood, hormones, metabolism, sleep and more. There are also some excellent quick reference charts in the book. Quick, easy and yummy recipes are also located in the back. I especially loved the Banana Bread Oatmeal Bake and Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding. Looking forward to trying more of the recipes!
