Had it in September and now it’s February and ready to be replaced. The first few months it worked great, certain bottles require more/less water to heat up. But now it’s barely warming the milk. I clean the residue that builds up at the bottom, but it’s not going away. For the price I’m just glad it lasted this long.

I bought this new and it is defective. The warmer never turns off. As soon as it’s plugged in it turns on without pushing the power button and it continuously stays on no matter how many times I push the power button and the “auto shut off” never happens

Junk. Brought on the whim cuz needed quick. Gets so hot, melts bottles or boils milk over and less into bottom of warmer. Do not recommend. Daughter threw box away so can't even return.

Warms up the liquid ok, but the rim of the bottle gets painfully hot. You have to wait before giving it to your child to prevent burning.

The bottle warmer worked great for about 1 month. Then one night I went to warm up a bottle and noticed the light was never shutting off so I picked up the bottle and it burnt a hole in the bottom of my bottle. I used the correct amount of water so I’m not sure what happened. Not only did I loose a bottle, I lost 3 oz of breast milk. Very disappointing.

I have a newborn, this warmer works perfectly fine for us. I use it to warm bottles & also have used it to sterilize. The reviews I’ve read are people making those mistakes, not the warmer itself.

Be aware it does not warm up your bottles it boils them !!! I regret not reading the reviews before buying it. I threw away the box so I’m unable of returning it but would have definitely return if able. DO NOT BUY !! Don’t make the same mistake I did!

I'm not sure how this got onto the market with no off switch or automatic shut off. It begins boiling the moment plugged in. Bottles become so hot you can't even take it out without using something to protect your hands. You need to constantly check it to know when ready. Most of the time I'm spending longer waiting for the milk to cool than to heat up. Don't recommend buying. We were desperate for a bottle warmer when baby came home and purchased this at Target assuming it's simple and will get the job done. Not worth the risk tho.

Wanted to get a bottle warmer to use upstairs at nights so we tried this. DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE MAM BOTTLES! They fit in the basket they offer but when you put said basket down in, the bottom gets stuck and leaves you with a mess! And when you remove the basket, it MELTS the bottle. It didn’t even make it 24 hours in our home. We tried it TWO times and were done. THIS IS A RETURN!

If I could leave negative stars I would! we wanted a bottle warmer for our bedroom as we already have the phillips bottle warmer in kitchen. this product made the bottles toooo hot. literally boils the bottle. thank goodness it was glass and not plastic

First of all, what was received and what was pictured is not the same. Please update the photo because the cheap little thing I got vs what was pictured is SO different. It’s tasteless when companies try to get rid of the old design before sending out the new one. Just mark them down or sell them to an off-price retailer. But alas, these companies will do anything to keep profits high. Aside from that, it’s easy to transport when traveling. It’s not bad for by the bedside either if you’re lazy like me. The only irritating thing is trying to figure out the correct measurement of water without making whatever you’re warming too hot or not warm enough. I had to practice several times to get it right.

More convenient than heating up in the microwave, but it's a guessing game to get the milk to the right temperature. Also, you're not supposed to use it without the basket, but there's no mechanism that prevents the warmer from turning on if you forget to put the basket back in. Unfortunately, I melted a couple of our bottles that way. And, after just a few weeks of use, am getting lots of mineral buildup in the bottom that I haven't been able to fully remove.

Rapidly boils water and damages non-glass bottles. Single button does not turn the device off, so the only way to power off ahead of time is to unplug. If you buy this, be prepared to continuously remove the bottle every 10 seconds or so during operation to prevent losing the contents.
