A: Once every 12 hours. However, to avoid the risk of aggravating your skin, avoid using the same spot consecutively. Instead, place the patch in different locations to allow the skin some time to breathe between daily applications.

Q: are there expiration dates on the packages? like if I bought 12 of them now. (as long as they were not opened....and didnt use them very fast, would they expire before I could use them?

Wish I would have found these sooner. I believe they work well for me because I am a little more sensitive to caffeine but I don’t care considering I could tell a difference in my energy level within the first 10 minutes of putting this on my wrist. Lasted until I took it off several hours later and I noticed feeling tired almost immediately once removed. Possibly a placebo effect but again I don’t care because it worked lol. Definitely purchasing more.
