Helps me to fall asleep!
I love these patches!! I don’t sleep well on a good day so I flip between Dream and Night Night. I love that helps me take less pills when I can’t fall asleep and that’s the best thing about all the the patches I use from The Good Patch.

Perfect for bedtime
These patches were really helpful to fall asleep with. They didn’t leave me groggy the next morning like melatonin gummies do (for me at least). I slept well and didn’t have any wild dreams or anything, just nice, relaxing sleep.

Great Calming Restful Sleep Support

Dream Sleep patch is a good patch to have when you have trouble falling asleep usually 30 minutes before going to bed put the patch on and you will get relaxed and have a good night sleep

I haven't slept well since
