I was excited to get this book as a gift but I’ve been very disappointed. They recipes are pretty vague which isn’t helpful when you’re making a new or complex bake. I’ve made a few things but recently made the brownie meringue cake and it was a total failure. I had to remake the meringue because the instructions were not clear (and set me up for failure) and the brownie was so under baked that it completely fell apart when I tried to put it together. It makes me sad to disk like a GBBO book so much but I do not recommend you buy this.
