However, this product is processed in a facility that utilizes gluten in other products they manufacture. We are unable to confirm if there was any cross-contamination during manufacturing. I love that this is organic and doesn’t contain petroleum. I originally received this as a gift in a travel size kit and use the balm for my baby’s chapped cheeks. However, I went to buy the larger bottle and it smells awful, like cigarettes in a balm form. Very strange because the travel size didn’t have this odor. I will be returning because we can’t get over the smell.

I have used this for years, since Honest first same out with it. It’s perfect for healing wounds quickly and naturally, soothing small burns, really anything on your body that you want to soothe or heal. I have very sensitive skin and have never had an issue with this product. My first tube lasted like 10 years, this stuff lasts forever!! Can’t recommend it enough.

We've gone through 3 tubes of this and loved it; however, 2 weeks ago, we bought another tube, and it smelled like cigarettes! The tube and the product both. We, of course, thought this was a fluke, so we returned it and bought another one from a different Target. When we got it home, we pulled the seal off, and again, the product smelled like cigarettes. Bought yet another tube over the weekend, and it too smells of cigarettes. I don't know if Honest changed something, but we will not be buying any more of this. There are also a few reviews on Honest's website that complain of the same thing, so there's definitely an issue or a change in the formulation.

The original packaging on the left was a 5/5. Amazing texture, worked great. Then they changed it… and the one in the right is just not the same.. gritty texture. Doesn’t spread or act the same as the original. Very very very disappointed.

My 6 year old daughter’s hands were so dry they chapped. She had lots of little cuts on her knuckles. This is the only lotion I could use on her that didn’t sting. It healed her hands in 2 days and now we are putting the honest eczema lotion.

I only got this because it was rated excellent on Yuka but it smells very bad and has a rough texture to it. It moisturizes ok but I found an aquafor lip one that scored excellent too and didn’t have this smell or texture.
