A PERFECT product for a dry climate. It applies smoothly, has gorgeous colour that blends so well, not sticky or greasy and is long lasting. This is my go to lip product. It is shiny like lip gloss and moisturizing like lip balm. It isn’t sticky, and lasts so long. I wear it under my lip gloss to make it last longer and get extra moisture.

Unfortunately this color isn’t a color I’d usually wear. I’m not sure I was sent the right color. I will say this went on so smooth, and had such an easy applicator to use. I loved how it wasn’t tacky/sticky on my lips and really felt smooth. Overall I do like this product but I’m not into the shade I received.

I absolutely love this The Lip Bar The Prototype Botanical Lip Oil - Obsessed! It goes on so smooth! It keeps my lips moisturized because it’s infused with mango butter and lavender oil. The color is just perfection!

I always feel weird when i wear any kind of lip color. Almost like i feel too dressed up or something. I was excited to try this. The color looks like it would be super dark but once its on and blotted, its not super dark. I really like the color! It is a tad bit sticky, but its not too bad. My only complaint is that it seems to dry out my lips a bit. I have to layer lip balm on top to help. But over all i like this!

This is a really nice lip oil. The color is very bright for an oil and looks more like a lip gloss. I love the way it makes my lips feel. My lips are always dry and chapped, and this lip oil moisturizes them and makes them look and feel healthier. I will definitely get other colors to try.

It says Lip Oil but I feel like it lasted on my for so long, I'd have to call it more of a stain. There isn't much of a taste and does not shine like a lip gloss. It's true to the matte that other lip oils are. The color was bold but a lot more pink than purple in my opinion. The color would last because the product really sticks onto the lips, but that's not a bad thing if you're going bold.

I love a good lip oil and this Prototype Lip Oil was fantastic! I've never seen a lip oil with such an innovative applicator. I like this applicator so much more than a doe foot one. The formula was smooth like butter and I didn't have to reapply throughout the day. It made my lips look super juicy. The shade Obsessed made my Latina medium skin pop and made my lips look shiny and healthy.

The Prototype gloss by the The Lip Bar is anew favorite! Very nice gloss that goes on snoothe but without that sticky feeling other glosses give. The color looked very dark but once on it was a nice light glossy finish.

This is a great lippy option! The product hydrating and has a buildable "stain" style color that shows beautifully. My only issue (and the reason for a loss of star) is the wasteful packaging-- would love to see brands move to more sustainable packaging.

This is my first experience with lip oil but this one feels very much like a gloss. I have the color "Obsessed." It's a very bright pink and even though it is sheer, it still has quite a bit of pigment. It has an herbal smell to it which isnt bad but I prefer no flavor or fragrance in lip products. The product comes out very fast so watch out!

This Botanical Lip Oil by TBL The Prototype in Obsessed gives my lips needed moisture and hydration. After applying this lip oil I noticed my lips feeling softer. The added touch of color is subtle and pretty in a pink coral. I like the applicator and how it dispenses the lip oil nicely. My lips do not feel sticky and I didn’t experience any irritation. I would recommend purchasing this product for whenever your lips need a little hydration.

I love the light nuetral pink color. It was not too sticky. I don’t think it will be my go to lip oil because it does not last very long at all. I feel like I would have to reapply way too often for it to be the first one that I go to grab.

This is a good product except it goes on too thick. The color is pretty dark for my skin color. This was the only color to chose from but I would buy this lip oil if it was a lighter color depending on the price.
