Description
ThermaCare Menstrual provides soothing heat that relaxes muscular contractions to relieve menstrual cramps, for up to 8 hours. The ultra-thin design conforms to your lower abdomen for discreet comfort wherever you go. ThermaCare Menstrual is thin enough to wear discreetly under clothing. It can be worn on the move, during chores or when relaxing.
Directions:
Tear open pouch when ready to use.
Peel away paper to reveal adhesive side.
Place on pain area with adhesive side against underwear and not against the skin. Attach firmly.
It may take up to 30 minutes to reach therapeutic temperature.
Wear up to 8 hours. Do not wear for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period.
Place wrap flat against your underwear. Do not fold or bunch as your risk of burn is increased.

Did not heat up! I recently had a laparoscopy and needed to use heat to help with pain. This product didn't warm up AT ALL.

I’ve been using this product for over a decade but something has changed. The past 2 boxes I bought don’t heat up very warm or last more than 1 hour long. I remember it being so warm hot it would alleviate all aches and pains and was perfect for menstrual cramps and would stay warm until next morning. Please look into this.

THEY SUCK! I used to get the neck patches before this came out and they do a much better job! These menstrual ones have less of the heat spots so it’s not effective at all. You’re better off using the neck ones and sticking them in the same area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’ve struggled with extremely painful menstrual cycles all my life and I usually have to take midol and take the day off but I’ve recently heard midol actually makes cramps worse so this was the perfect replacement for Midol. It’s stays hot way longer than it says which is a plus I love it. Definitely a new staple in my period routine.

Sooo I made my daughter get it and give to me. I put it on when was in the bed. I was able to get up and start working within 45 minutes. I always am in bed for first 2 days ALWAYS NOW I FOUND A AMAZING NEW PRODUCT THAT I VAN STILL WORK AND GEEL SO MUCH BETTER.

I really liked how the ThermaCare Menstrual Heatwraps helped ease the pain. The adhesive lasted a full 8 hours and wasn’t messy. The heat wasn’t instantaneous, but when it activated, it was a steady, constant soothing heat. I was able to use it on my abdomen and on my back with no issues. I plan on buying more very soon.

I noticed it is more helpful if I push on my stomach area to feel the heat. If not, the heat is pretty mild and if you are in the sun while you are wearing this- you will sweat on the pad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I overall really enjoyed this product. I have endometriosis, so my periods are pretty painful. These heating pads provided wonderful, long-term relief. They last 6-8 hours (it lasted the longest amount of time you can keep it on, for me) which is much longer than over the counter medication. The warmth is comforting and helps manage the pain. It kicked in after about 10 minutes of having it on. The one qualm I had about the product is the sticker isn’t quite strong enough to stick to your underwear after pulling them up/down multiple times to use the restroom, so you have to be a bit careful about that.
