I bought two of these. Put them side by side and they do not read the same temperature or humidity. So it’s an around temperature and humidity not exact.

I got and unit and it did not turn on when I put the battery in. I put one of our own batts in and it worked. I had sent text to company and they responded by asking if I had taken the plastic of the batt. Had not even noticed it.

Bought this to monitor temp in baby’s nursery since we live in an old house and the central heating/cooling leaves something to be desired. It seems to be pretty accurate, although I would say it takes a decent amount of time for the reading to adjust if you’re moving it to a different room that has a different temperature. It’s pretty small which is nice as it’s not an eyesore but still easy to read (I put a pencil in the picture for size reference). Only thing it’s missing is some kind of back light on the screen to make it readable at night without turning on the light but that’s not a big deal at all, especially for the price of it.

I now have two of his devices. The first one shows a humidity of 64%, and the one I just bought shows 41% humidity. Any suggestions?

If you just received this package and are comparing the readings, please allow the devices a few hours to acclimatize to the atmosphere. Our temperature tolerance is +/- 2 degrees F and humidity tolerance is +/- 3%, if they vary outside of this tolerance range after several hours of being side by side please contact us at service@buythermopro.com for more information.

Bought this so I could know the temperature in my son’s bedroom. Perfect size, smaller than a playing card. Wanted this so I could know if I needed to put an extra layer on my son so he’s not too warm or too cold when he sleeps. Humidity level option will be a nice feature when we start using his humidifier.
