Q: How many carbs does it have.

A: For purposes of Keto/Atkins, "sugar alcohols" can be subtracted from the Total Carbs, just as Fiber can be. This means the revised "total" carbs = 24-13 = 11g of carbs. Not great for a Keto diet, as you typically want to stay under 25 carbs for the entire day... but not terrible, either.

submitted bygrace - 7 years agoA: The box reads that there are 24 grams of carbohydrates and an additional 9 grams of carbs listed below as "Other Carbs". So in total that is 33 grams of carbs in all. Which basically turns into sugar anyways:( Hope this helps:)

I think! these are awful. I took one bite and had to spit it out. The texture is awful and it tasted so sweet, like a lemon flavored rice krispy. It was not for me.

This is actually kind of good. I shouldn’t have read the reviews first though. Simone said that it tastes like cardboard and they weren’t wrong lol. But I think I kind of like the lemony flavor. 20 g of protein for me is a win win. Doesn’t make me feel sick even though I’m on a semaglutide

This was the grossest protein bar I’ve ever tasted. I forced down three bites until i started to get nauseous and felt like i was going to throw up if i ate any more. Messed up my morning at the gym because I was nauseous and burping up gross lemon flavor the whole time…

Do not buy!! I repeat do not buy!! This is the nastiest thing i’ve ever tasted, it’s so bad that eating it is not only displeasing but it literally triggers my gag reflex and gives me instant nausea. Please for your sake don’t buy this, the good macros cannot overcome the horrible taste. Even if these bars are on sale for $1 please don’t buy it, you’ll deeply regret it.

I’ve tried about six or more think bar flavors and these are definitely at the lower end of the scale from best to worst. They’re not bad but I think I just prefer chocolate flavors more.

I love think bars but don’t really like this flavor. The flavor is inconsistent, some of the bars tasted fine and some tasted downright awful. I’d get a different flavor from this brand. Was filling though. Not something I would buy, but if someone gave them to me I’d eat them.
