I have MTHFR genetic mutation and this product was recommended. So far so good because I am senstive to methylfolate and most b12 vitamins. Seems to be really great quality!
Boost of energy that keeps me focused and motivated throughout the day. Great supplement for energetic boost with exercise and completing tasks on a daily basis. It was easy to swallow and worked fast

Wow. I was skeptical about taking supplements Im not familiar with so I did some research and found Throne to have a good reputation, made in the USA and the ingredients are clean so I tried it. wow...I could feel the change in my energy and mood. i asked my daughter if she'd like to try it and she had the same reaction. we are both impressed and will continue to take this supplement and look at other products Throne has to offer. These work just like they should, they are easy to take and don't have an after taste. I love the brand itself and that I can easily get access to these vitamins I have to take daily. I like how it's a combo instead of having to take multiple.

I have crohn's disease and thought this would be good for me to take since my body has a hard time getting nutrients. The first time I took this I didn't take any other vitamins that day and only took one. My urine was such a bright neon yellow/green. I have been told this usually happens when you get too much of a vitamin. So I personally stopped after a few days since it kept happening. I passed them along to a friend that had blood work done and stated she was low in these vitamins and so far she hasn't complained! So if you are definitely deficient in these vitamins I suggest trying them since they are clearly loaded!

So far - nothing bad. I’ve been using for a few weeks, and while I’m sure I haven’t gotten the full effects of it, I do notice an uptick in energy. I don’t feel a drag later in the day like I was with weight loss supplements

Thorne methyl guard plus are a great supplement to my daily routine. Since starting Thorne I have felt more relaxed and calm. My blood pressure and gone down a little which makes me happy. And I have noticed my hair is a little fuller. Three capsules a day easy to swallow. I am definitely keeping Thorne in my life.

I have tried this product & according to research has a lot of health benefits. It’s difficult to measure but feel confident the product is pure. The capsules are easy to swallow. I’m planning on continuing this supplement.

The pills aren't too large which makes them easy to take. I like that they are a single supplement rather than a multivitamin. So far I haven't noticed any difference but I'm working with my healthcare provider who will review my supplements soon.

The perfect combination of B vitamins, including L-5-Methyltetrhydofolate for those of us with the MTHFR gene mutation. It is hard to find a great combo of these vitamins specific for me, and this has high levels of all the needed B vitamins, in a brand that I trust.

I’ve been taking this daily for about 3 weeks. So far, I’ve noticed an increase in energy. I take one in the morning and one in the early afternoon. Kind of a big pill, but same size as most vitamins.

I have been taking these vitamins for two weeks now, and omg I am feeling the difference! I was taking different vitamin B6, B12, and folate supplements but as this is a combo I now only have to take the one instead of keeping up with multiples. I would give this five stars but, the capsules are quite large! Luckily I only need one a day but whew they can be hard to swallow. I feel the difference and know that it's worth it though.

I actually liked these vitamins. I felt like they didn't come with a bad taste like so many do and I really enjoyed knowing I was doing something good for my body. I haven't noticed any effects yet, but I hope to soon.

This I’ve been taking for weeks now. I must say I like the ease of the pills a little big but no problem for me. I’m helping my mood that’s why I like taking it knowing I’m helping myself. There is no taste to this is in a gelatin capsule.
