I can't give 5 stars because i really can't tell how effective these are after only a few days of taking them. I will say that they are ready to swallow and have no aftertaste. I am hopeful that they will help with my cholesterol levels, but can't say that for sure yet. I think if they were available to purchase in stores at a reasonable price, i sound give them a try.

This Red Yeast Rice + CoQ10 supplement was recommended by my doctors to support healthy cholesterol levels and general cardiovascular health. The capsules are not too large and are easy to swallow. I experienced no negative or unpleasant side effects.

These capsules are very asy to swallow. I take them as directed and they seem to make a difference in how i feel daily. I am happy with these and they dont leave any after taste. These are good quality supplements.

I have been taking this product for approximately three weeks. It is hard to say whether I have sustained any real benefits without a trip to the doctor but I can tell you that I have not had any of the side effects. I seem to have improved digestion and overall feel better.

I have been taking the Thorne Choleast - Red Yeast Rice Extract with CoQ10 since I received the bottle for review. I can tell you that this pill goes down easily. It does not have any flavor so no aftertaste. Also, my stomach has been fine while taking the Red Yeast Rice supplement. So far I have not had any problems with this supplement. I will not know if my cholesterol has gone down until I see my Doctor and have labs done again. I am looking forward to better cholesterol levels next time!

Easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste … not sure if it helped with my cholesterol levels (normal range, insurance won’t let me test for more than a yearly checkup) but have a family member (at doc’s recommendation) who has used it (different brand) for years without needing to go on a statin, so would think this to be a viable option.

This supplement should do great things to help lower my cholesterol. I like that the CO Q10 is included, so I don't have to take that in a separate pill. I have not used it long enough to see any results, but I'm looking forward to my next cholesterol numbers.

Simple vitamin, easy to swallow. Haven’t noticed any changes in my health, or anything like that, in the weeks I’ve been taking this. Easy bottle to open. Definitely an easy addition to the morning routine. Hopeful that it’s doing some good on the inside!

I've been trying to get healthy after finding out my cholesterol is borderline high. I like this Thorne CoQ10 and red yeast vitamin as both were recommended to me. It is a low dose of CoQ10 though, so I will continue to take the separate dose as well. I can say that I feel a little more energized since starting these. I can't speak as to whether or not my cholesterol has improved as a direct result. That takes lifestyle change, not a vitamin alone. I have taken this on an empty stomach a couple of time just to see, vitamins have a tendency to make me nauseous but this one did not. Overall I feel good about the Thorne supplements and will continue taking it.

I received this product for free from the Hey Bullseye sampling program in exchange for my honest review. I am using these supplements for my high cholesterol. I do not know if they work or not for me, but from what I am hearing they do lower the numbers, which is what needs to happen for me. Easy to use, they are easy to swallow. No aftertaste at all. This red yeast rice does lower cholesterol . So we shall see once I go to dr to get my numbers checked. I will finish this bottle. This is better than taking meds from the pharmacy.

I have been impressed with Thorne Choleast thus far. It contains all the ingredients I was looking for. The capsules are easy to swallow. I take one each morning. There is no aftertaste when I take these. Highly recommend!

I'm not really sure if this worked or not because I think you would need to have regular bloodwork done to see if this product was effective. But it is derived from natural products, doesn't have a terrible taste and no side effects that I could tell. I'm not sure how to recommend this. I say as with anything like supplements, talk to your physician first.

I've taking it for about two weeks and I kinda feel slowly a difference. Definitely looking forward to get a better reaction in within the next couple of weeks. Not sure for how long does a person needs to take them. But it seems to be working for me so far.

So this one is a hard one to review. I can't really speak for the ingredients since I'm not able to confirm if it's actually doing anything. I have taken another Red Rice Yeast pill from Target (a red pill) and the same holds true for that except that my blood test numbers did get better after using it. As always take that with a grain of salt. With all that said...the pill was easy to swallow, didn't cause any negative side affects for me. No belching or heartburn. Has a bit of CoQ10 in it but not enough for me so I take an additional CoQ10 supplement. In the end I think you will enjoy this pill.
