I put it in strawberry yogurt and it's okay tasting. I think the maple Pecan flavor would go better in vanilla yogurt. I do like that this granola is made with good quality ingredients like almonds, sunflower seeds, pecans, coconut chips, and monk fruit. I received an incentive to write this review.

I love the way that it is a great crunch on top of my yogurt or with milk and fruit. The ingredients are high-quality and it is not too sweet. I can’t believe that this product has 6 g of protein. It has a strong taste of maple pecan and had large enough pieces of everything that I could taste all of the flavors together. It had no synthetic taste to it and I loved how simple the ingredients were. I’ve never had sunflower seeds in my granola and I think I love it! It’s definitely one of my favorites. It's super crunchy thanks to all the nuts and seeds, and the maple flavor is just sweet enough without tasting artificial, which I really appreciated. I like adding a few drops of maple sirup when I feel like eating it a sweeter. It is already sweet sometimes I want it more sweet. I also like the granola because makes me slow down when eating because you really got to chew it. I just gives me some minutes of quiet in the morning where I dont try eating as fast as possible because other things need my attention. The clean ingredients list is also impresssive. I've tried quite a few different products from three wishes and I can honestly say that the granola is so good especially in comparison to the rest of them. it stands head and shoulders above. This one tastes like maple sirup and cinnamon and a bit coconuty and I love it. You can actually see why it's pricey. Just look at the ingredients list. I like that it has a nutty flavor but I think those came from more sunflower seeds than anything else. Not overly sweet which is nice. Servings per bag is listed as 6, but I’d say it’s more like 3 on average. I’m going to try it on yogurt next. Also, the tear off tab across the top of the bag is tricky to open, so be careful. Obviously it’s not sugar-free, but lower in sugar with none of the fake junk is a huge plus. The protein is good too. This granola is quite flavorful, and I ate it on its own (which is actually how I prefer granola!) for a nice snack. Good crunch and texture too. The maple flavor was very good although I was a little thrown off by the smell when I opened the bag. It looks like they use a lot of nuts and coconut in order to be grain free. I have to say I wish you could smell the band from the review, it smells absolutely delicious. When they say maple, it truly has a strong maple smell. It smell smells great. Its tastes good by the handful, but it tastes even better on top of vanilla yogurt. One thing I have noticed is a slight bitterness at first taste. I’m not certain if its the natural sweetener or just the less sugar aspect of this granola. I could easily keep this as a go to healthy snack alongside the granola bars Three Wishes makes. Some of the pieces are stuck together, which to me is important to making it a good food to eat by the handful and taste more like granola than trail mix. It has a fantastic maple flavor, not too strong but definitely there and perfectly sweet. I liked mine with milk for breakfast, and it turned the milk a very nice flavor. These would be so good plain or you could totally make granola bars with them or add this for a little extra protein to your yogurt. This brand has clean wholesome ingredients and no gmo or artificial dyes which is always a plus with food these days. There are big pieces of pecan in the granola and a good taste of maple. It is sweet, but not too sweet. I was eating the granola straight out of the bag but it also tastes good in a bowl with some oat milk. The bag had a good amount in it as seen in my picture.
