Three Wishes Cinnamon Cereal - 8.6oz

Loved this cereal until they changed the formula, now it has very little flavor and an odd texture. I bought it weekly, but won’t buy it again. So bummed!

My daughter used to love this cereal but the last 2 times the cereal has visually been different as well as tasting different. They used to be smaller circles, soak up milk and taste like cinnamon. Now, the circles are big, don't soak up any milk and are flavorless.

Taste pretty good and healthier but a bit to hard for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gluten free cereal is actually tasty! It has a mildly sweet taste which is perfect to satisfy your craving. It does have a mild aspartame aftertaste. The texture was crisp and does not get soggy too quickly which is a major plus! My husband tried it and prefers to eat it dry as a snack. Nutritionally, this has everything I want in a cereal as well as the added protein. Will be a regular on our shopping list. I received an incentive to write this review.

I thought the cinnamon flavor would be good but it wasn't. This cereal leaves a nasty after taste. The cereal does have a crunch to it when chewed. The cost of this cereal is too expensive. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crunchy texture but gets sticky when you mix with milk. Other then consistency the taste is very artsficial and it stays in your mouth for a while. Very little cereal in the box, not worth the price. Also pretty hard to find, took a couple days to arrive in the mail. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Three wishes is really growing on me! I think that the ingredients are very clean, and appreciate the higher protein. In my Target, the price was even comparable to normal cereal. This cereal tastes like a honey nut cereal with cinnamon- not really like a cinnamon roll. I enjoy it and don’t think it tastes bad. However, I understand “healthy” cereal is not supposed to taste like the normal stuff. Highly recommended. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looking forward to a more healthier cereal with less sugar and gluten free. My 9 year old daughter and I tried them as a dry snack. I did not find that the taste was consistent with each cereal piece. One piece would be very flavorful with cinnamon and the next few pieces would have less of the cinnamon taste. My daughter felt the same and started out really liking these and after about 8-10 of them said that they really weren’t good. It pack them in her lunch the following day to give it another try and unfortunately they were still in her lunch bag after school. The taste just was not what I hoped it would be. The texture is similar to a regular cereal but it sits heavy in the stomach and taste of cinnamon is subtle which I quite like. The cereal doesn’t easily absorb milk so it doesn’t get too soggy which I like but my kids didn’t enjoy as much. This is also a great snack of pack for munching on without milk. It's not only gluten free, and has way too less sugar than regular cinnamon cereal, but it also has proteins which is great for my weight loss journey. My kids snacked on this without milk and I'm so glad they like more healthy cereal. The taste is great and texture is perfect. It's non gmo so for me this is a great deal of goodies in one box. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Three Wishes cinnamon grain free cereal is a good quality cereal. It holds up pretty well soaked in milk, didn’t fall apart or get very mushy. The cinnamon flavor is light and not overpowering, in other words, it’s not too sweet. However, there’s more than a hint of saltiness. I don’t necessarily love that but it can also double as a salty-sweet snack. The texture is light and airy so that’s a plus for me. Love the healthy ingredients! The cereal didn't get soggy when milk was added. My son loves to eat his cereal dry and with the added protein this makes me happy! One cup of this cinnamon cereal is 8g of protein plus the ingredient list is short and easy to understand. Just by adding in milk and a banana made this 17g of protein. Not too bad! Now the concept is pretty good. But the flavor is just off. The cinnamon isn’t overpowering but it has a way of being both bland and artificially sweet tasting at once. Had a good cinnamon flavor and comparable to other cinnamon sugar cereals with a lot more sugar. It didn’t have any weird aftertaste like some protein cereals have and I felt satisfied after having a bowl with milk. Also a very tasty snack just plain without milk without all the added sugars. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to try this Three Wishes cinnamon flavor cereal because I really enjoyed the chocolate flavor. I love the short list of whole food, natural ingredients. The cereal is a large ring shape and has an extra crunchy texture. I enjoy my cereal with unsweetened almond milk and I really like that this brand stays crunchy throughout the whole bowl from the first to the last bite. That Crunch factor makes for a satisfying snack without the milk as well. And even though it is very low in sugar it still tastes very sweet. Honestly the cinnamon flavor was a little too sweet for me. And it tasted almost like maple syrup in my opinion even though there are no maple ingredients. I felt it could use less sweet and more cinnamon. It just wasn't there for me. I definitely prefer the chocolate flavor. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a vegetarian I’m always looking to add protein into my diet, and this cereal is a nice change up of my breakfast routine. I purposely ate it with unsweetened non- flavorful coconut milk so I could definitely detect the cinnamon flavor with a little sweetness. Very satisfying! I especially liked that it didn’t get soggy in the milk, even after 10 minutes. I understand they’re trying to make a healthier product so the texture ends up different. The cinnamon helps mask some of that strong monk fruit taste. Some bites I had were pretty good with the cinnamon taste I expected, but then other bites were bland and almost tasted like paper. The texture was crunchy, but I found the cereal kind of drying- it was much much better with milk. I wish there was more cinnamon and the flavor was more consistent.
