submitted byNB1961 - 2 years agoA: This is an excellent question. Washing machines have different capacities that may affect load sizes. We recommend you first check the manual for your machine. In the meantime, when a washing machine drum is around half full, you have a medium or regular wash load. For a large load, the machine will be about three quarters of the way full and for an extra large load, fill the drum. Q: Has Tide changed the formula for the free & gentle pods? They used to be a milky white color but now they are yellow. I'm afraid the new formula will cause me to break out.

A: There's no set answer as it will vary depending on the conditions outside. We recommend storing our pods in a cool/dry place to ensure this won't happen.

A: [10:09 AM] West, Matthew Carcinogen is not intentionally added ingredient in any of P&G’s products. Because arsenic is in the naturally occurring in the environment, arsenic is found in trace amounts widely across many products such as food and cleaning products. The results shared by CR are very low, safe levels, well below any established safety limits for a cleaning product.

I was looking for a baby friendly detergent for my newborn and after reading reviews, I found Tide Free & Gentle. It is free of dyes and perfumes, making it a great option for babies with sensitive skin. The only downside is that it's not very effective on tough stains. Overall, it's a good choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried using free and clear pods for my family because the store i go to was out of my usual detergent. My son broke out head to toe in massive hives. Ears and all. I ended up having to give him allergy medicine and bring him to urgent care because the hives just kept getting worse and his feet were completely swollen. For something that is supposed to be hypoallergenic I was extremely disappointed and cannot believe the reaction it had on my babys skin. If you or a family member is sensitive, do not use this detergent or you might end up at urgent care too.

Tide Free and Gentle Liquid Laundry Detergent is by far the best laundry detergent that I have ever used. I have super sensitive skin and I use this detergent for everything. From clothes, to towels, to dog beds, all of them get washed in this detergent. The packaging makes it easy to measure and cost is appropriate for the amount of loads you can wash. The laundry always comes out clean and the scent is not overwhelming.

My youngest kiddo has sensitive skin and this is the only detergent we use. There is no scent, and clothes come out smelling clean but scent free. The price is comparable to the other brands out there and you can usually find a coupon depending on the retailer.

If you aren't doing so already, put the pod in before your fabrics, and ensure your load size isn't too large, and that there are not many absorbent items in your load. I have always used liquid detergent and with the cost of it now a days I have always used and different brand. I was shopping recently and thought I would try them since they were on sale. I have a washer without the agitator. I used the recommended amount per wash and seriously my clothes still felt dirty. I will stick to the cheaper brands and liquid detergent its just not worth the money. I want to feel clean.
