A: I don't know but I have 7 herniated disks 2 are bulging in my spine + a past broken shoulder. I have been using it and it gives some temp relief better than every other thing available, which I tried.

The Roller Ball Unit is a really sloppy way to dispense the product. Much prefer the TIDL Cryotherapy Spray with the controllable spray dispenser.

Buy your go-to pain relief (biofreeze/cryoderm) and don’t try this. It’s super messy even when in the “closed” position, and more expensive. The smell is less strong than biofreeze or icy hot and that’s all I like about it. It does appear to work but not as good as biofreeze.

Definitely helps with pain relief. Contains maximum amount of lidocaine. Twist the top and squeeze a bit out onto roller balls to apply.

I have a bad knee, and was recommended by a friend to get something with lidocaine. I am so glad I got this!!! it really helped with the pain and it's like the lidocaine gets through your skin and helps pain in the inside. it's amazing! I also love the little roller balls that massage it into your skin. I will definitely be getting more of this!! my mom loves it too for her shoulder pain!

I was hoping this stuff would ease the pain and it does slightly but probably not buy again. I guess I thought it would be stronger ...I have a bad knee and it did make the paid subside but not go away. I will try it on another part and see if that helps. It is supposed to heat up ...but I felt no heat.

I have arthritis in about every joint, so this product was a definite must try. I really loved the rollers on this! They allow you to roll the product into your skin without getting it on your hands because you can release product and then turn the cap to off to stop it releasing. Its way better this way! Worked great for me, and I will be buying more in the future!!

I was dealing with this serious cramp from sleeping on my shoulders, and with their other product the spray it worked for my muscles after working out. Since I am not able to spray effectively on my shoulder on my own I tried this product and it's really effective to numb out and leaving a really nice feeling on my shoulder.
