GROSS TASTE/SMELLS LIKE A FART! It is now about 5 years after some of the same negative reviews on this product. I have liked the other Tom’s mouthwash, NOT this total care. I used it only twice. Immediately it tasted awful, chemically and salty like. I tried it again a second day only this time took a sniff of the bottle and it stinks like a fart! No lie. It is disgusting and hopefully I can get my money back from where I bought it. Now I don’t even want their other products any more after this experience. I actually had to brush my teeth again after using it and rinsed my mouth with a lot of water. What the heck is going on? Is the plastic bottle to blame? Where is quality control? Disgusting!

Not sure how so many can like this stuff. I really hate the taste, it's awful...like old cardboard w/mint gum "essence". YUK! I usually like TOM'S of MAINE stuff. But this is a no go for me. :(

Not for me, I feel like it’s not as effective as the other mouth washes, for example my mouth doesn’t feel fresh after, and my breath doesn’t have the “freshness” to it

The mint flavor is a bit overpowering, but my teeth and gums seam to be happy with the rinse, and it certainly does leave one with fresh breath. Over all pleased with it, but wasn't expecting it to be so potent.

It’s really hard to find a mouthwash that doesn’t give a nasty after taste and this one is great and doesn’t burn at all since it’s alcohol free. BUT I don’t feel very clean after like I do when I use an alcohol mouthwash. I think it’s just something I have to get used to.
