Q: WHY HAS Sodium Monofluorophosphate REPLACED Sodium Fluoride 0.24%? WHY DOES THIS NEW FORMULATION CONTAIN Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES) WHEN THE POSTING STATES IT DOES NOT?
A: Thank you for your question. Tom’s of Maine uses two types of fluoride, depending on product formulation and what can and cannot be used with certain ingredients. Our Silly Strawberry Toothpaste does contain SLS and you can find this ingredient listed under the drug facts for this product. We hope this information helps.
