He is obsessed with birds, so it's perfect. The child's voice is a bit cloying, but the scientist Lucy Hawkes is fantastic. My one complaint is that this tonie is all about emperor penguins, and emperor chicks are gray and white - not brown! The brown chick in the figurine is a king penguin chick. Do your research!

I have 5 boys and they are all fans of the National Geographic tonies. This penguin one is so interesting, I don't mind listening too as they follow me around the house with the toniebox in tow.
Wonderful educational Tonie

I bought this Tonie thinking it would be too advanced for my 3 yr old but hoping she would grow into it eventually. I was surprised and pleased to find she listened to it all the way through the first time even at 4 and enjoyed and retained some of the information. The baby penguin on the figurine was a perfect addition to get her interested she loves all things mama and baby at this stage!
A family favorite!
