this is the worst phone I have ever had it does not send or receive half my texts and doesn't let me make a lot of calls. sometimes it doesn't ring just sends call to voice mail. I have to go into settings and reset mobile network settings I've had to do this several times in a day already.

So when you buy this phone or a trac phone there carrier locked so you can't put any sim into this phone also have to keep a paid account for a year thru trac phone ane 60 days with Verizon according to them it says it in fine print on box it don't. I got stuck with one they refuse to uncarrier lock it also says buy phone out right they have to unlock it they don't. Make you buy a plan or pay 180.00

When I opened this phone I had low expectations obviously because of the price... this phone blew my expectations out of the water. 10/10 in all categories. Storage, speed, connectivity, graphics. My pictures were more cinematic than the iPhone 15. I don't think I'll ever go back to iPhones. It's so incredible I had to tell all my friends.

You get what you pay for

It barely works. It takes about 10 minutes to turn on and another 6 minutes to boot up. It takes about 8 seconds to register a key being touched. Any and all apps you use will crash and or time out or not properly connect. Somehow this works worse than my prior older Blu phone. It takes forever to connect and process data/internet options. It is very slow with google maps or other travel directional aps. Be prepared to miss your turns by a good 10 minutes before it tells you. It feels like old 90s dial up when it is processing websites. It is over all a very "you get what you pay for"
